An immersive fashion banquet is ready to serve, GreenCode joins hands with the Shanghai-based Hong Kong designer Tiffany Pattinson to combine fine dining with fashion show for your unified sensual pleasure. Imagine your sense of smell, taste, touch and hearing being stimulated all at once. Tiffany Pattinson would lead you into a world of creativity, all you have to do is to show up and enjoy.

CHEF Nicolas Gratton
此次Tiffany Pattinson的宴会全部由来自著名素食餐厅PURE & WHOLE的大厨Nicolas Gratton 亲自操刀。Nicolas 之前曾在北美很多世界顶级大厨门下，譬如Mark Gaier 和 Clark Frasier 的箭头餐厅，是全美十大最浪漫的餐厅之一，在美国前50的最优秀餐厅中排名第14。
这次他来到上海，就是想给大家带来美食的惊喜和快乐，以及对素食餐宴的新型定义和理念。他十分注重美食给食客带来的用餐乐趣和营养价值，经常亲自去农场采购新鲜应季食材，并创造出非常新颖的菜谱，做出的美食具有很高的欣赏价值，同时兼具高端的美味。
Chef Nicolas Gratton，from Restaurant PURE & WHOLE，arrives in Shanghai with a strong passion for plant based dining, showcasing his skills to surprise and delight the guests he serves. He is ready to bring Chinese consumers a new way of thinking about vegetarian dining. Moreover, he has learned from some of the highest acclaimed chefs in the Northeastern USA - namely, Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier of Arrows Restaurant whom are often considered pioneers of the farm-to-table movement in the United States. Nicolas's philosophy is about the importance of people having fun, interesting and healthy choices when it comes to dining. He's visited farms, hand-picked lots of ingredients and created fantastic menu highlighting the strengths of seasonal markets.

Make the inner child smile with a playful 'sandbox' of Zucchini blossoms, ricotta, pecan streusel and basil grass paired with Altano White 2015. The delicious and refreshing aromas of citrus and tropical fruits ends with a persistent finish, just like a questing child with wonders.

Dark chocolate pots de creme, cherry, cardamom, lavender. Paired with Graham’s Six Grapes, the wine for the Queen's wedding in 1947. The seductive rich perfume of ripe plums and cherries blended with dark chocolate highlights the aroma of the violet blossoms.

Tiffany Pattinson的时装秀也是爱的传递。设计师Tiffany不仅很喜欢《小王子》，还很喜欢和更多的人分享来自小王子的那份纯真。此前，Tiffany透过了Heart To Heart心脏病儿童慈善机构探访了那些处于暂时的”困境“中的小朋友们。Tiffany不仅给小朋友分享了她最爱的《小王子》故事，还教小朋友执笔画画，画出他们心中的童年色彩。看着那一幅幅充满童真无邪的画，Tiffany灵感大发，将小朋友画的画设计成可爱的袜子来出售，而且袜子还是与KBO360合作，用Repreve(回收塑料瓶做的线)制成，全程一律澄澈的环保绿色，并且最后卖的收益将全部捐给Heart To Heart。
Tiffany Pattinson's fashion show is also a delivery of love. Designer Tiffany not only is a fan of the "Little Prince", she also enjoys sharing with more people the purity of the little prince’s heart. Previously, Tiffany had visited the children in the Heart To Heart Cardiac Child Charity, who were suffering from “temporary dilemmas", she read the story of “The Little Prince” to the children, and encouraged them to paint their dreams and desired childhood; These paintings inspired Tiffany to make special collection of socks, with the images created by children on them, collaborating with KBO360, producing the socks with Repreve yarns (yarns made from recycled plastic bottles). The entire production was done under the green guidelines, and all the profits from the sales goes to Heart to Heart to pay for the heart surgeries of the children.

During this season’s GreenCode, Tiffany Pattinson will implement once again, the storyline of “The Little Prince” into her TAME Immersive Fashion Dining, the whole show will be divided into 7 different settings to pass on the love and energy from the little prince. It's not only the "The Little Prince" in the childhood, but also the beauty at present.
本次时装秀的灵感来自于Tiffany童年最好的“小伙伴” -- 来自于安托万·圣埃克苏佩里创作的《小王子》里的主人公。小王子在旅行途中遇见了不同的人，经历了不同的考验，包括自己出处的7个星球代表着人生的不同的组成部分，所以也就有了本次沉浸式宴会的七个部分。在宴会中，将会有PURE AND WHOLE和PORT联合精心准备巨幕放映会，整个空间就像是一场时空之旅，让你在享用美食之时，“阅读”完整本《小王子》。
The fashion show is inspired by Tiffany’s personal confidant since childhood - Antoine de St.Exupéry’s "The Little Prince"; The little prince met different people on the way, he went through different tests on seven different planets including the one he came from. These make up to the seven parts to the dinner, where PURE AND WHOLE and PORT will host the giant-screen screening, inviting you onto a journey in time, while enjoying delicious cuisine.

Tifffany Pattinson沉浸式时装晚宴会秀的第三部分是特别的，是怀念设计师Tiffany的挚爱，失踪的小狐狸--塞巴斯蒂安。主题为“TAME”（驯），意味着建立一段关系，而建立关系需要从中承担相应的责任，比如可以是人类和他们所居住的星球之间，需要建立关系，那么人类就需要承担保护地球的责任；也可以是人与人之间建立关系，需要彼此负责。
The third part to Tiffany’s Immersive Fashion Show is going to be especially meaningful, it’s dedicated to her lost love, just like the little prince lost his little fox – Sebastian. The theme “Tame” is to establish a relationship that requires corresponding responsibilities, just like the relations between men in the world, where scarifies, compromises, and self-disciplines are needed.
责任，是很重要的，要么懦弱地选择逃避，要选择承担就要做到尽善尽美。对我们共同居住的地球负责，这也正是Tiffany Pattinson此次宴会秀所要表达的主题之一。
Responsibility is a crucial thing, one either chooses to cowardly run away, or they take on the responsibility and act accordingly, this goes from man to man, but also from man to the world we live in, it’s Tiffany’s intention to shine some light on this idea of “responsibility”.

Tiffany Pattinson's design work mixes traditional handicraft with different cultural contexts. They are entirely made out of environmentally friendly materials, with the hope to bring on environment, culture and spiritual sustainability. Tiffany also introduced Tencel （R）yarns brand and Lenzing modal（R） yarn brand to the Buyi ethnic families, weaving innovative fabric with traditional craftsmanship , thanks to Austrian Lenzing Group’s kind support.
本次秀部分采用来自布依族的编织面料、还有由土生土长于贵州的有机棉花染色而成的纤维，以及天丝（R）、兰精木代尔（R）品牌纤维成分的面料，让时尚过一过“绿”，以达到时尚的可持续发展。这场秀以传统手工艺和现代主义相结合，继续在推进可持续性发展的道路上披荆斩棘，走得义无反顾。
The garments are partially made from traditional Buyi woven fabrics, as well as native soil grown organic cottons, the fabrics of Tencel （R）brand and Lenzing modal （R）brand are also utilized in this collection, they are used to “green up” the collection, and this show, combined with traditional handicrafts, could be the start the embarks the entire fashion world to move onto a more sustainable road of development.

设计师Tiffany从小对大自然有着热烈的向往，参加了不少与大自然和保育设计有关的活动。通过多年来和不同领域、不同背景的设计师，以及和各国艺术家的合作交流，Tiffany学会了通过不同的艺术方式传达自己的理念，并启发出自己一套对可持续发展和时尚风格的独到理解。
Raised in the jungle of concrete,Hong Kong designer Tiffany Pattinson has had a crave for nature since a very young age, experimenting in various design activities in the eco-friendly spectrum.Through sharing and working with different designers and artists over the years,Tiffany Pattinson learnt to express through art of all forms and was inspired to develop her own ideal on sustainability and style, becoming a designer with no limit on fields or medium when it comes to projecting such ideal.
