On July 16, he became the legal person and chairman of Sumeite Auto Parts Co., Ltd, which is an auto parts supply chain company jointly established by Sumitomo Corporation, a fortune global 500 company, and Join Group in Henan Province. The company incorporated at Zhengzhou area of China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone on July 16.

On July 16, at the comprehensive service center in Zhengzhou area of China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Nako Taro, under the guidance of the staff, came to the No.8 service window of "one-stop solution to startup" to submit materials and register relevant information. In about half an hour after the multi-department on-site coordination and joint audit, Nako Taro received the business license, foreign capital filing, company official seal, tax registration, bank account opening and other related procedures, experiencing the "instant service" offered by Zhengzhou area.
7月16日，在河南自贸试验区郑州片区综合服务中心，南口太郎在工作人员的指引下，来到“企业开办一站通”8号服务窗口现场提交企业开办材料，采集相关信息。 多部门现场协同配合、联合审核，仅半小时左右，南口太郎便通过“企业开办一站通”领取了营业执照、外资备案、公司公章、税务登记、银行开户等相关手续，亲身体验了郑州片区企业开办“立等可取”服务。

Earlier, Sumitomo Corporation and Join Group reached an agreement of cooperation through many exchanges and communication. They decided to make joint efforts to build a supply chain platform for auto parts on the China automotive market, and signed a contract at the 13th China (Henan) International Investment and Trade Fair on April 8 this year to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company. Taking the construction of the supply chain platform for automobile parts as the starting point, they set up a headquarters in Zhengzhou. Relying on the advantageous location of Zhengzhou and the resource advantages of both shareholders, they set up an integrated functional management center covering the whole country, including electronic commerce of automobile parts, warehousing and logistics, data analysis, talent cultivation and the management, incubation and enabling of stores with intelligent service in the future.
早前，住友商事和中鑫集团经过多次交流沟通，在中国汽车后市场共建汽车零配件供应链平台达成合作共识，并在今年4月8日第十三届中国（河南）国际投资贸易洽谈会上签约，决定共同投资成立合资公司，以汽车零配件供应链平台建设为切入口，在郑州设立总部，依托河南郑州区位优势和股东双方资源优势，建立覆盖全国的汽车零配件电子商务、仓储物流、数据分析、人才培育以及未来智慧服务门店管理、孵化、赋能等一体化职能管理中心。
