品牌从成衣系列里精选了部分单品重新设计,以Harrods标志性的绿色、黑色为主色调。Dior还将新系列中经典的双色格纹图案印在出租车和双层巴士上,在伦敦街头巡游、展示。

除了成衣,品牌还在店内展出了鞋类、包袋配件等,经典的Book Tote包袋也可以在这里买到。近期爆红的马鞍包也设计了特别版,印有英国*旗国**图案。

For the launch of Dior‘s Fall/Winter 2019 ready-to-wear collection, the French luxury label has teamed up with iconic London department store Harrods to create an exclusive pop-up experience.

The launch will feature a handful of pieces from the show, all redone in colors of black and green, which is Harrods’ signature color.

In addition to the collection, Dior has also dressed English taxis and telephone booths in the motifs from the collection, completing its homage to the British city.

The range will feature footwear, bags and accessories, as well as ready-to-wear, and pieces like the iconic Dior Book Tote will also be available. The Dior Oblique jacquard will also see an exclusive version sporting the Union Jack motif.

The pop-up will take place in the heart of the Harrods department store in London, starting August 3 and finishing on August 31. Keep your eyes peeled for taxis as well as double-decker busses wrapped in the collection’s two-tone checks throughout the city, while you’re at it.

店内还为消费者增设了座位区;二层的空间使用高档材料装修,并且融合了红色元素,更加典雅。品牌还增设了配饰区,以此来提高交叉销售。

Cartier has recently unveiled its renovated and enlarged boutique at Galeries Lafayette in Paris. The concept brings more seated area for our Asian clients, an elegant second floor incorporated noble material with a touch of red for the locals and international elite, visible accessories area to improve cross selling.

The enlarged retail space is almost double than the previous one, the boutique featuring the complete offering of Cartier, from luxury watches to jewellery and accessories – for both men and women.

The boutique is in line with the new retail design concept which has been gradually implemented at a global level.

Zara recently announced that it will use only sustainable fabrics in all collections by 2025. The first collection to be released after this announcement is the Zara Edited series.

In an effort to reduce waste and energy usage, the clothes are made from either recycled cotton that gives fabric a second life, naturally grown organic cotton in order to preserve biodiversity or produced with water saving processes to converse energy.

The 28-piece range includes items for women, men and kids. Denim pieces for women include a boyfriend-fit jacket, a cropped jacket, ripped shorts, a zip-up hoodie, a structured tote bag, a crewneck sweater and a series of jeans ranging from skinny to wide leg in black, blue and white-washes.

Not only are the pieces sustainably made, but they are customizable. Shoppers can choose to embroider one word up to nine letters long in various fonts, thread colors, and locations on the piece.

The Zara Edited collection is available starting today online in the U.S., Spain, China, UK, the Netherlands, and Italy and in select Zara retail stores.

随着电商平台迅速发展,越来越多的消费者转向线上购买。Arent Fox律所合伙人George Angelich认为,因客流下降而导致线下店铺的销售额无法支撑高额租金,以Barneys为代表的零售百货正在面临巨大的挑战。

其实早在1996年,Barneys就因租金问题提交过破产申请,并与其日本合伙人分道扬镳。

Barneys于1923年在曼哈顿创立,起初是一个男士服饰折扣店。在20世纪70年代拓展了女士设计师服装业务。90年代,Barneys在全国各地开设连锁店,并扩展到了日本。

目前,Barneys在纽约的麦迪逊大道和切尔西均有开店,其他地区包括比佛利山庄,芝加哥,西雅图,波士顿,旧金山和拉斯维加斯。

Barneys New York Inc. filed for bankruptcy protection from its creditors after getting squeezed by rising rents and fewer visitors to its luxury fashion boutiques.

The chain listed estimated liabilities of between $100 million and $500 million, according to federal court papers filed in US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The move had been telegraphed for several weeks as the chain sought to avert bankruptcy by finding a partner or buyer.

The Chapter 11 filing allows Barneys to stay open while it works out a plan to turn around the business and pay its debts.

“Aside from the high price tags on goods, this department store faces the same challenges as any department store,” George Angelich, partner at restructuring law firm Arent Fox, said in an interview before the filing.

As rents increase and consumers shift to buying online, “it becomes very challenging to maintain profitability,” said Angelich, who is not involved in the case.

Founded as a men’s retailer in 1923 in Manhattan, Barneys became the icon of high fashion and innovation for women and men in the 1970s. It went bankrupt once before in 1996, after a falling out with a Japanese partner.

Today, Barneys New York is owned by investor Richard Perry. It operates stores in New York City on Madison Avenue and in Chelsea. Other locations includes Beverly Hills, Chicago, Seattle, Boston, San Francisco and Las Vegas.

The three new sessions include an interactive walk featuring works by some of the world’s premier contemporary artists, an in-store session that teaches the basics of creating AR using Swift Playgrounds and an AR art installation viewable in every Apple Store worldwide.

To create the sessions Apple invited the New Museum, a leading destination for contemporary art in New York, to select seven artists — Nick Cave, Nathalie Djurberg and Hans Berg, Cao Fei, John Giorno, Carsten Höller and Pipilotti Rist — to participate in an experiential project that is free to the public.

[AR]T Walk: Augmented Realities Co-Curated with New Museum

These experiential walks take participants through San Francisco, New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo as they encounter works by world-renowned artists, most of whom are working in AR for the first time.

Using AR, the artists have reimagined or invented new ways to express core themes of their art practice.

[AR]T Lab: AR Experiences

Created in partnership with New York artist, NEW INC member (New Museum’s cultural incubator) and educator Sarah Rothberg, this free Today at Apple session at all Apple Stores gets attendees hands-on with whimsical objects and immersive sounds created by Rothberg. Using Swift Playgrounds, anyone can learn how to create their own AR experiences in this free 90-minute [AR]T Lab.

[AR]T in the Apple Store: Nick Cave’s “Amass”

Visitors can come into any Apple Store worldwide and experience artist Nick Cave’s AR piece “Amass.” Using the [AR]T Viewer in the Apple Store app, users can initiate Cave’s interactive installation, which takes the viewer on a journey to view and collect “Ikon Elements” and experience a universe of positive energy right in the middle of an Apple Store.
