开工仪式现场 Opening Ceremony
近日，由MZA总建筑师Zhang Ming院士主持设计的西雅图大都市区的贝尔维尤市中心的高档Mari公寓大楼正式开工建设。受业主邀请，张先生与设计团队共同参加了本次开工庆典并发表了开工演讲。
The Seattle high-end Mari Apartment Tower, the right center of Bellevue city, officially started construction recently, which designed by Zhang Ming, FAIA, chief architect of MZA. By the invitation of the client, Ming and design team participated in the groundbreaking ceremony.

作为项目建筑师，MZA提供了该项目的规划方案，建筑概念设计，方案设计，方案深化设计，施工图设计和施工配合的全过程设计服务。并和甲方一起落实各顾问公司并管理协调各顾问公司的设计和进度。尤其在设计阶段就引入施工公司根据最新的施工市场行情对设计提供造价估算。经过不断的方案推敲，市场研究，造价预算调整和最后政府审批，Mari项目终于揭开面纱。
As the architect, MZA is responsible for the site planning, architectural conceptual design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document and Construction Administration of the project. Working with the client in selecting all design consultants, managing their design schedule. By inviting Construction Co. early into the design phase, they helped to gave several rounds of construction cost estimates to ensure the project is within the client budget. After a period of design comparison, market study, adjustment of the construction cost and government design approval, the Mari project was finally unveiled.

贝尔维尤市作为美国最强劲的科技中心之一，吸引了众多著名科技公司入驻，比如亚马逊，微软，脸书，阿里巴巴等。在充分考虑年轻的科技人员的需求，本着简洁、优雅、透明、永恒和精品奢华生活的设计目标。我们的设计结合地段和优美的城市景色，打造开放绿色的垂直社区。尤其是沿街的超过350平方米的室外半露天广场和位于20层的全景屋顶平台的居民会所，是贝尔维尤市中心现有公寓还没有的二大亮点。
As one of the most tech hub in US, Bellevue has attracted many Hi-Tech Companies including Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, and Alibaba etc. Based on the common needs of young Hi Tech employees, we set our design goals in these key words: simple, elegant, transparency, timeless, and Boutique Luxury living. Our design combines the location and beautiful urban scenery to create an open green vertical community. Especially the two special features that none of the other downtown residential towers offered yet: one is the over 3500 sf covered grand plaza along 103rd Ave. The Second is the panoramic view roof deck and residence club at the 20th Floor.

MZA为客户量身定制了40-220㎡不同房型的公寓。同时为提升居住品质和空间的高大感，标准层高达3.6m。公寓配备有空中酒廊、顶层观景平台、私人餐厅、“禅图书馆”、健身房、瑜伽室、宠物水疗馆等休闲娱乐功能，让居住者可以全方位的享受生活的乐趣，打造公共社交场所，鼓励居民的交流。此外在公寓临街面还配备有餐厅和商业商铺。一条街坊之外便是美国西北地区最高尚的贝尔维尤购物广场，里面吃喝玩乐一切应有皆有。
MZA had customized 40-220 ㎡ apartments of different room types for customers. At the same time, in order to improve the sense of large space and living quality of the apartment, some room types are 3.6m high from the floor. The apartment is equipped with air-lounge, top viewing platform, private restaurant, "Zen library", gym, yoga room, pet spa and other leisure and entertainment functions, so that residents can enjoy the fun of life in an all-round way. In addition, there are restaurants and retail shops on the street front of the apartment. One block away is the famous Bellevue Square where one can easily access to many amenities from food to shopping, entertainment to live and work.
