It’s most likely a little of both, I’m sure he isn’t excited about losing a record but I also doubt he’s as salty about it as he shows on TV. 100% he understands records will always be broken, Just like how when he broke the old records.

Shaq’s salty about a lot of things now because he left a lot on the table. He couldve had an ever better career if he was disciplined and took care of his body. He certainly couldve played to a level that leaves no doubt that he’s better than everyone he’s being compared to. But he knew he didnt give it his all.

Robinson spent the last few minutes of the game cherry picking under the Spurs’ basket to pad his point total. The Spurs also intentionally fouled the Clippers late to gain possession so Robinson could score.
