On the morning of April 8, the 13th China (Henan) International Investment & Trade Fair, themed with “Opening-up and Cooperation, Wonderful Henan” and co-hosted by the People’s Government of Henan Province, the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, had a grand opening in the Xuanyuan Hall of Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.
4月8日上午，由河南省人民政府、中华人民共和国商务部、中国国际贸易促进委员会、中国人民对外友好协会联合主办，以“开放合作、中原出彩”为主题的第十三届中国河南国际投资贸易洽谈会在郑州国际会展中心轩辕堂开幕。

Having seen big successes for 12 sessions, the Investment & Trade Fair has its radiating scope, popularity and influence increasingly extended. This Fair welcomed many leading figures and about 15,700 businessmen to Zhengzhou.
中国河南国际投资贸易洽谈会已成功举办12届，其辐射面、知名度、影响力不断扩大。本次投洽会大咖云集，约1.57万客商奔赴郑州淘金。
It was learned that the Fair was prone to be more international, targeted and pragmatic. It consisted of 4 major activities, 4 activities between Guests of Honor, 12 themed activities, 6 special activities, 11 activities of provincial cities, and the investment & trade exhibition.
据了解，本次投洽会更加突出国际性、针对性和实效性，共举办4场重点活动、4场主宾国活动、12场专题活动、6场专业专场活动、11场各省辖市举办的活动，同时举办投资贸易展览展示。

The 12 themed activities involved fields of modern logistics, biomedicine, cultural tourism and healthcare, talent introduction, etc., as well as special activities for different countries and regions such as Hungary, Thailand, Latin America, Spain, the UK, Germany and South Korea.
12场专题活动涉及现代物流、生物医药、文旅康养、招才引智等领域，还有针对匈牙利、泰国、拉美、西班牙、英国、德国、韩国等国家和地区的专项活动。
This year, Hungary and Thailand were invited as the guest of honor to hold the opening ceremony for their venues. Eleven industry-specific activities were specially held for Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Hebi, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, Puyang, Xuchang, Luohe, Shangqiu, Zhoukou and Jiyuan.
今年特别邀请匈牙利、泰国作为大会主宾国，并举办开馆式。郑州、洛阳、鹤壁、新乡、焦作、濮阳、许昌、漯河、商丘、周口、济源结合产业发展方向，分别举办11场特色自办活动。

Mr János Hóvári, Deputy State Secretary of Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that Zhengzhou and Budapest have already opened direct air cargo routes, and the Hungarian government has also provided various financing support, service exporters and potential purchasers. In 2018, Hungary’s exports showed steady growth, especially to Henan Province.
匈牙利外交与对外经济部副国务秘书约·伊什特万表示，郑州和布达佩斯已经开通了直达的空中货运航线，匈牙利政府也提供了各式各样的融资支持，服务出口商还有潜在的采购商。2018年匈牙利出口呈现稳固增长，尤其对河南省亦是如此。

Kyrgyzstan’s First Deputy Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov said that within the framework of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, they saw the prospect of building a high-tech logistics center and the joint development of e-commerce, and that the Silk Road was particularly important for driving the development of SMEs.

This Imported Commodities Exhibition will welcome exhibitors from 31 countries with their goods. It is open to the public on April 10th (today) and 11th. Citizens can enter the venue by ID card to take a visit or buy.

Ms. Luxmon Attapich, vice secretary general of Eastern Economic Corridor Committee, has paid much attention to the economic development of Henan in recent years. She thought highly of the rapid economic growth in Henan and hoped to stimulate the economy of Thailand by establishing partnership with Henan Province. She also expected that this event would help attract more Henan enterprises to invest in Thailand and further promote the Henan-Thailand economic and trade cooperation.
泰国东部经济走廊委员会副秘书长拉萨蒙对河南近几年的经济发展十分关注，她认为河南经济发展速度非常快，希望加强与河南的经贸往来，从而带动泰国经济发展。她还表示希望借助此次活动，能够吸引更多的豫企到泰国投资兴业，实现豫泰经贸新合作。
Mr. Carmine Gelli, Chairman of the Federation of Italian (northwestern region) Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said Zhengzhou had seen a fast rise in the last few years and he was very surprised by it. Their venue, under construction in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, would be finished and come into operation by the National Day. At present, the Federation of Italian (northwestern region) Chamber of Commerce and Industry has over 600,000 member enterprises and more than 30 of them came to join this event. In the future, they would bring more Italian enterprises to explore market in China.
意大利（西北部）工商联合会主席盖美瑞·吉利表示，郑州近几年的发展非常迅速，让他感到惊讶，他们已经在郑州航空港区建起了场馆，国庆节前郑州场馆将会亮相。目前，意大利（西北部）工商联合会共有60多万家企业，这次来有30多家企业参展，将来会带更多的意大利本土企业来中国发展。
