位于郑州市与荥阳市的交界处
总用地面积约4.8万㎡

01/接待区
Reception Area
金属、反光、渐变的蓝色，空间在这里被打乱。
直线的倒影无限伸展，
科技蓝带来的沉浸式体验。
视觉带来的不真实的质感，从进入这里的那一刻，
将明白——科技为芯，未来已来...
Metallic texture, reflective surface, and gradually varied blue color work together, the reflection of the lines, combined with the cool blue, brings an immersive sense of technological experience.
These remix together produce a multi-dimensional space with quite big visual shock. Entering here, you will understand right away that the technology holds the key and the future has already come to us.
02/沙盘区
Table Area
在沙盘区，开启第一个礼物盒子“未来科技”。
顶面的镜面不锈钢纵向拉伸了这个空间的维度，与“浮空”的品牌介绍墙和户型沙盘组成了这个漂浮的“礼物盒”。
沙盘上方与沙盘周围的蓝色长虹玻璃便是那盒中的礼物，缓缓揭开。
玻璃将光线转化为蓝色的氤氲，整个空间光影贯穿，通透大气而富有时尚气息。
By coming to the sand table area, it’s like we’re opening the first gift box—Future technology.
The stainless-steel mirror surface has extended the space, and together with the brand introduction wall and the sand table, it makes up this floating “gift box”.
The blue patterned glass on top of and around the sand table is like the gift inside the box unveiling gradually. Blue light through glass, the formation of light and shadow vision, make whole space and high-end fashion.
03/洽谈区
Negotiation Area
洽谈区，是第二个礼物盒“舒适生活”。
区别于科技的“硬核”，设计在“生活”这个礼物中加入了木的质感。巨大的木质天花向下翻折，就像打开了礼物盒的盖子。翻折的天花隔开一个更显宁静温馨的交谈区，如白色琴键般光滑的台阶缓缓而下，将愉快的时间定格。
而洽谈区中间被蓝色渐变玻璃和不锈钢围合的柱子，犹如一个会发光的礼物。
Negotiation area is like the second gift box—comfortable life. Different from the metallic texture of the first gift box, the second one has been softened by the application of wooden sets. The giant wooden ceiling turning down, it’s like opening the cap of the box. The steps just like smooth white piano keys, which make the happy time flow slowly.
And the column enclosed by stainless steel and gradually-changing blue glass in the center of negotiation area is just like a glowing object in front of us.
04/VIP室、签约区
Vip Room
VIP室和签约区以简约科技感风格为主调，代表“智慧”的蓝色和代表“生活”的木色贯穿其中，渐变的蓝色打开了私密的空间的畅想，让科技与生活完美交融。
VIP room designed with a simple and technological style as the main theme.The blue representing "wisdom" and the wood representing "life" run through it, and gradual blue color arouses the imagination of private space,making technology and life blend perfectly.
05/公共区域
The Public Areas
盥洗室更像是一个虚幻的空间，它被发光、反光与折射包裹起来，仿佛是“礼物”之后的意外惊喜。而公共通道部分则像是铺着白桌布摆放礼物的台面一样干净。
The restroom is more like a virtual space, enclosed by glowing, reflective, and refractive lights, which seems like an additional surprise on top of the gift box. However, the public passage is as clean as the table top covered by the white cloth.
