时代中国南沙总部是一座具有独特外观的地标。灵感融汇中国传统建筑屋顶的曲线、风的轨迹、水的线条、帆的轮廓，以镜像曲线交汇于高空，在交汇处形成的空中大堂，形如“时代慧眼”，与城市对话，成功在林立的垂直盒子脱颖而出。
The Times China Headquarters in Nansha holds an eye-catching façade, making it a unique landmark. Infused with freeform curves and lines inspired from traditional Chinese buildings and natural elements, the harmonious blend of it all forms the floating transfer lobby in the sky. With this, the skyscraper forms a dialogue with the surrounding as it stands out amongst the city.

曲线交汇而成的空中大堂，离地156米，楼面面积达2400平方米，并设有空中花园，可远眺壮阔的城市及南沙自然景观，并成为划分自持及销售办公的自然特征。其外凸的具有通透外观的圆弧盒子形如“慧眼”，展现企业的卓越追求及远见。
This 250m tall tower will be the second tallest Grade A office with a small commercial podium on the peninsula. The building form with an eye-like opening above mid-levels houses the sky lobby for the shuttle lifts along with co-working space, meeting rooms, leisure activity space, etc.

大楼以拱券形式落地，通透盒子似宝盒藏于拱券内，与拱券的曲线形成反差对比。不同朝向的宝盒容纳不同的功能，如办公大堂、商业等。商业裙楼与大楼形似脱开，实则相连，烘托凸显大楼的挺拔及气势。大楼的竖向装饰条与大楼外观的曲线契合，随着大楼收分形成不同尺度的凸出，强化大楼的美感，在不同视角反射不同光线，熠熠生辉。
大楼二层及负一层均与周边连接，以及地面的灰空间形成多维的公共开放空间，贡献城市。
On the ground level of the building, a grand arch on each side of the tower serves as a covered walkway required under planning requirements providing a continuous covered link with the bus terminus under the commercial podium.
