2017年 和国内一些想要出国改变命运的人一样 我也通过旅游签证到了美国 尝试过指甲店 最后还是走入按摩 2019以前的我 就是想着挣钱 从来没想过自己的权利和利益 只要能挣钱 我可以违心的恭维所有人 接触过的老板和老板娘 就是一味的奉承和赞美 但是记住这点 永远都不会错 慢慢地 在美国呆的时间久了 接触的人多了 听到的和看到的很多都和自己想的不一样了 慢慢的自己的言行举止也都有变化了 自己还没发觉 前天发生的一切 让我彻底地清醒了 不怪别人不尊重你 你自己都没把自己当个人看待 谁还会尊重你
我做的按摩店都是大力的店 我的收入就是店里的分成和客人给的小费 美国的服务行业都有小费 老板和老板娘一直会告诉你 不能和客人要小费 美国的小费都是客人自愿给的 给多少就拿 说谢谢就可以了 我也一直遵守这规则 可碰上有些客人 一个小时就给你10美金左右的小费 接着还问你OK吗 碰上这样的人我就会给他上课 你觉得我给你做了很好的按摩 那正常的一个小时的按摩小费就是二十美金 假如你要多给 那对我来说也是最好的 谁会嫌钱多 接着昨天我就碰上了一个这样的美国白人女孩 她做了一个小时的按摩 给了我十五美金的小费 接着还问你一下OK 那我也就按照原来的说了一篇 不得了了 上网投诉你了 写了长长的一篇 The masseuse mentioned they have a atm machine in store to pull out money if we wanted to pay in cash and tip in cash. We decided to pull out cash for tip and pay with cards. As I handed my masseuse 15$ for tip for a 53$ service, she took a deep breath and said “ 15$? I always get 20$ for 50 minute massage. I do really good job for you.” The shock on my face said it all. I was STARTLED!At first I thought she was joking. No, she was serious. Her body language and demeanor changed instantly. I honestly should have took my money back.
I proceeded with “ excuse me? Repeat that one more time. That was very unprofessional for you to say. If you don’t want, I’ll take my money back. I worked very hard for $15.” My gf also tipped her masseuse 15$ for her portion of the massage which was also $53. I couldn’t believe how AMATEURISH AND IGNORANT this statement was. To my understanding, yes tips are highly appreciated and I saw the note in big and bold on the front desk but it’s highly inappropriate to mention to a first time customer how much tip you want.
A tip is defined as a “gift or a sum of money tendered for a service performed or anticipated.” Instead of these ignorant and unprofessional comments made by the masseuse, this establishment should consider adding gratuity to the services provided. I will never return to this establishment and I wanted to express the
disappointment I’ve encountered.
Again, I am in disbelief and I can not explain my humiliation. 老板娘马上一个电话打过来 问了缘由 直接和我说一切都是你的错 你就不该说 给你小费直接拿 还说我的英语说得不好 你就别说了 所以说 不怪人家不尊重你 自己首先就否定了自己 我的英语我知道可以表达清楚才会说 大家看看我的原话 女孩问你OK 我说 it’s okay。People usually tip $20 after a good massage, and if it's not good, go with it. How did you like your massage today
而且这女孩说的都是谎话 第一她说付五十美金得到了五十分钟的按摩 是一个小时 一分都不会拉掉 第二她说她的女朋友也付了15美金小费 错另一个女孩付的是二十美金 还形容我呼吸加重了说 你不问我 我也不会说 店里很多时候还收到一个小时十美金或者八美金小费的都有 可是老板娘只说了一个要求 以后闭上你的嘴 客人给多少就拿多少 什么都别说 我就回答了 我还会坚持我的原则 客人不问 我不说 客人有问我还会去说 接着我就辞职了 这样的老板娘我没法认同
