Article 1. Scope of Application 第一条 适用范围
Contracts for accommodation and related agreements entered into between this hotel and the guest to be accommodated shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Any particulars not provided for herein `shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices. 该酒店与住宿客人之间签订的住宿合同和相关协议应遵守这些条款和条件。本文未提供的任何具体情况均应受法律法规和/或公认惯例的约束。
In cases in which the hotel has entered into a special contract with the guest insofar as this special contract does not violate any laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these terms and conditions. 如果酒店与客人签订了专项合同，但该专项合同未违反任何法律、法规或公认的惯例，则尽管有前款规定，该专项合同应优先于本条款的规定和条件。
Article 2. Application for Accommodation Contracts 第二条 住宿合同的申请
A guest who intends to make an application for an accommodation contract with the hotel shall notify the hotel of the following particulars: 拟与酒店申请住宿合同的客人应将以下详细信息通知酒店：
Name of the guest(s); 来宾姓名；
Dates of accommodation and estimated time of arrival; 住宿日期和预计抵达时间；
Accommodation charges (based, in principle, on the basic accommodation charges listed in Appendix Table 1); and; any other particulars deemed necessary by the hotel. 住宿费（原则上基于附录表1中所列的基本住宿费）；和酒店认为必要的任何其他详情。
In cases in which the guest requests, during his or her stay, extension of the accommodation beyond the date in subparagraph ii of Paragraph 1, such request shall be regarded as an application for a new accommodation contract at the time such request is made. 如果客人在其逗留期间要求将住宿延期至超过第1款第ii项的日期，则该要求应视为提出新要求时的新住宿合同申请情况。
Article 3. Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc. 第三条住宿合同的订立等
A contract for accommodation shall be deemed to have been concluded when the hotel has duly accepted the application as stipulated in Article 2. However, the same shall not apply where it has been proved that the hotel has not accepted the application. 当酒店妥善接受了第二条规定的申请后，住宿合同即被视为已订立。但是，如果已证明酒店未接受该申请，则除外。
When a contract for accommodation has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1, the guest is requested to pay an accommodation deposit fixed by the hotel within the limits of basic accommodation charges covering the guest's entire period of stay (and 3 days when the period of stay exceeds 3 days) by the date specified by the hotel.
当根据第1款的规定订立住宿合同时，请客人在酒店规定的日期之前，在基本住宿费用的范围内支付由酒店规定的住宿押金，包括客人的整个住宿期间(以及住宿期间超过3天的则按照3天)。
The deposit shall be used: first, for the total accommodation charges to be paid by the Guest; second, for the cancellation charges under Article 6; and third, for the reparations under Article 18 as applicable. The remainder, if any, shall be refunded at the time of the payment of the accommodation charges as stated in Article 12. 押金将用于：首先，由客人支付总住宿费；第二，第六条规定的取消费用；第三，适用的第18条下的赔偿。其余（如有）应在支付第12条所述的住宿费时退还。
When the guest has failed to pay the deposit by the date as stipulated in Paragraph 2, the hotel shall treat the accommodation contract as invalid. However, the same shall apply only in cases in which the guest is thus informed by the hotel when the period of payment of the deposit is specified. 如果客人未能在第2款规定的日期之前支付押金，酒店应将住宿合同视为无效。但是，这仅适用于在指定押金支付期限的情况下，酒店由此告知旅客的情况。
Article 4. Special Contracts Requiring No Accommodation Deposit 第四条 不需要住宿押金的专项合同
Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 3, the hotel may enter into a special contract requiring no accommodation deposit after the contract has been concluded as stipulated in the same paragraph. 尽管有第3条第2款的规定，酒店仍可订立一项专项合同，要求在该款规定的合同签订后不收取住宿押金。
In cases in which the hotel has not requested the payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of Article 3 and/or has not specified the date of the payment of the deposit at the time the application for an accommodation contract has been accepted, the situation shall be treated as if the hotel has accepted a special contract prescribed in Paragraph 1. 如果酒店未按第三条第2款的规定要求支付押金和/或在接受住宿合同申请时未指定支付押金的日期，则情况应视为酒店已接受第1条规定的专项合同。
Article 5. Refusal of Accommodation Contracts 第五条 拒绝住宿合同
The hotel may refuse to accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract to a party under any of the following conditions: 在下列任何情况下，酒店可能拒绝接受与一方订立住宿合同：
When the application for accommodation does not conform to the provisions of these terms and conditions; 如果住宿申请不符合这些条款和条件的规定；
When the hotel is fully booked and no room is available; 当酒店预订满，没有空位时；
When the party seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct itself in a manner that will contravene laws or act against the public order or morality with regard to its accommodation;
当寻求住宿的一方被认为要对以违反法律或违反公共秩序或道德的方式进行其住宿承担责任时；
When the party seeking the accommodation is an organized criminal, a member thereof, or another related party, or is deemed to be another antisocial group [or member thereof]; 当寻求住宿的一方是有组织的犯罪分子，其成员或另一相关方，或被视为另一*社会反**团体[或其成员]；
When the party seeking accommodation is a corporation or other organization whose activities are controlled by an organized criminal enterprise, or a member of such an enterprise; 寻求住宿的一方是其活动受有组织犯罪企业或该企业的成员控制的公司或其他组织；
When the party seeking accommodation is a corporation and any of its directors is deemed to be a member of an organized criminal enterprise; 当寻求住宿的一方是一家公司且其任何董事被视为有组织犯罪企业的成员时；
When the party seeking accommodation presents danger of engaging in violence or intimidation, making threat or unreasonable demands, gambling, possessing or using prohibited drugs, or conducting itself in a manner that would create a disturbance that would annoy other guests, contravene laws, or act against public order or standards of decency, in regard to its accommodation in the hotel; 当寻求住宿的一方存在进行*力暴**或恐吓，提出威胁或不合理要求、赌博、拥有或使用违禁药物的危险或以会扰乱其他客人，违反法律或采取行动的方式行事的危险时关于在酒店住宿的公共秩序或礼仪标准；
When the party seeking accommodation can be clearly seen to have an infectious disease: 可以清楚地看到寻求住宿的一方患有传染病：
When the hotel is requested to assume an unreasonable burden with regard to the party's accommodation; 当要求酒店对当事方的住宿承担不合理的负担时；
When the hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities, malfunction of the facilities, and/or for other unavoidable reasons; and/or 因自然灾害、设施故障和/或其他不可避免的原因无法提供住宿时；和/或
When the party is deemed liable to conduct and/or have conducted itself in a manner that would create a disturbance that would annoy other guests. 当该方被认为有可能进行和/或以某种方式实施自己的行为时，该行为会引起骚扰其他客人。
Article 6. Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest 第六条 旅客取消住宿合同的权利
The guest is entitled to cancel the accommodation contract by so notifying the hotel. 旅客有权通过通知酒店取消住宿合同。
If the guest has cancelled the accommodation contract in whole or in part for reasons for which the guest is liable (except when the hotel has requested payment of the deposit during the specified period as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of Article 3, and the guest has cancelled before payment), the guest shall pay cancellation charges as listed in Appendix Table 2. However, when a special contract as prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 4 has been concluded, the same shall apply only when the guest has been informed of the obligation to pay the cancellation charges in case of cancellation by the guest. 如果客人由于其应负责任的原因而全部或部分取消了住宿合同（除非酒店要求在第三条第2款规定的指定期限内支付押金，但该客人已取消）在付款之前，旅客应支付附录表2所列的取消费用。但是，在订立了第四条第1款规定的专项合同时，只有在告知旅客有履行以下义务的情况下，该合同才适用。如果客人取消预订，则支付取消费用。
If the guest does not appear by the expected time of arrival without giving advance notice, the hotel may regard the accommodation contract as being cancelled by the guest. 如果客人未在预期的到达时间之前出现而未提前通知，则酒店可能会视其已取消住宿合同。
Article 7. Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Hotel 第七条 酒店取消住宿合同的权利
The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract under any of the following circumstances: 在下列任何一种情况下，酒店均可取消住宿合同：
When the guest is deemed to be a criminal, a member thereof, or other related party, or is deemed to be another antisocial group [or member thereof]; 当客人被视为犯罪分子，其成员或其他关联方，或被视为另一*社会反**团体[或其成员]时；
When the guest is deemed to present a danger of engaging in violence or intimidation, making threats or unreasonable demands, gambling, possessing or using prohibited drugs, or conducting himself or herself in a manner that would create a disturbance that would annoy other guests or contravene laws or act against public order or standards of decency, with regard to his or her accommodation or in the hotel; 当客人被视为存在进行*力暴**或恐吓，威胁或不合理要求，赌博，拥有或使用违禁药物，或以可能引起他人骚扰或干扰的方式行事的危险时有关其住所或酒店的法律或行为违反公共秩序或礼仪标准；
When the guest has or is suspected of having an infectious disease; 当客人患有或怀疑患有传染病时；
When the hotel is requested to assume an unreasonable burden with regard to the guest's accommodation; 当要求酒店对客人的住宿承担不合理的负担时；
When the hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities and/or other causes of force majeure; 当酒店由于自然灾害和/或其他不可抗力原因无法提供住宿时；
When the guest is deemed to present a danger of causing great annoyance to other guests or has conducted himself or herself in a manner that has created a disturbance that has annoyed other guests; and/or hen the guest does not refrain from prohibited actions such as smoking in bed, damaging firefighting facilities, and contravening other prohibitions of the use regulations stipulated by the hotel (restricted to particulars deemed necessary in order to avoid the causing of fires). 当客人被视为对其他客人造成极大烦恼的危险，或以造成干扰他人的烦恼的方式举止自己时；和/或如果客人没有采取禁止的行为，例如在床上吸烟，破坏消防设施和违反酒店规定的其他使用规定（仅限于为避免引起火灾而认为必要的规定）。
If the hotel has cancelled the accommodation contract in accordance with Paragraph 1, the hotel shall not be entitled to charge the guest for any of the services in the future of the contractual period that the guest has not received. 如果酒店已根据第1款取消住宿合同，则该酒店无权在客人未收到的合同期限之内向客人收取任何服务费用。
Article 8. Registration 第八条 登记
The guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the hotel on the day of checking in to the hotel: 客人应在入住酒店当天在酒店前台登记以下详细信息：
Name, age, sex, address, and occupation of the guest(s); 客人的姓名、年龄、性别、地址和职业；
Nationality, passport number, port and date of entry to korea for foreign nationals who do not have resident registration in korea (and a copy of the passport will be made for confirmation); 未在韩国进行居民登记的外国人的国籍、护照号码、港口和入境韩国的日期（并出示护照副本以作确认）；
Date and estimated time of departure; and 日期和预计出发时间；和
Other particulars deemed necessary by the hotel. 酒店认为必要的其他详情。
If the guest intends to pay for his accommodation charges prescribed in Article 12 by any means other than korean currency, such as by using hotel vouchers or credit cards, such credentials shall be shown in advance at the time of the registration prescribed in Paragraph 1. 如果客人打算以韩元以外的任何其他方式（例如使用酒店凭单或信用卡）支付第12条规定的住宿费，则应在第1款规定的登记时提前出示此类凭证。
Article 9. Guest Room Occupancy Hours 第九条 客房占用时间
The guest is entitled to occupy the contracted guestroom in the hotel from 4 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning. 该客人有权在下午4点至第二天早上10点之间入住酒店的合同规定的客房。
The hotel may, notwithstanding the provisions prescribed in Paragraph 1, permit the guest to occupy the room beyond the time prescribed in the same paragraph. In such case, extra charges shall be paid as follows: 尽管有第1款的规定，酒店仍可以允许旅客在该款规定的时间以外的时间继续住宿。在这种情况下，应按以下方式支付额外费用：
Article 10. Observance of Use Regulations 第十条 遵守客房使用规定
The guest shall observe the use regulations established by the hotel, which are posted on the premises of the hotel. 客人应遵守酒店在酒店场所张贴制定的客房使用规定。
