曾经听休产假的同事讲返岗上班真的是像度假一样的幸福！一般人听着可能觉得不可思议，我知道，那是因为所找的参照物标准不一样，与照顾BB的007日子相比，上班996其实很幸福！就像说世界上最美味的食物是饥饿一样，对比下班回家辅导孩子作业而言，上班确实是件有趣的事情！可见，参照标准是不一般的重要啊！

风险思维告诉我们要基于组织和环境来识别风险和机遇，以采取措施。我们现在的环境到底是什么样的呢？
首先，我们要想想辅导孩子的学习是为了学知识还是为了考个好大学？风险思维，请看下图大环境。全国一本录取率 6%，211录取率2.4%，985录取率 0.8%，清华北大录取率 0.03%。意味着我们的孩子要考上一个普通的一本也是相当的不容易，孩子的成绩必须是全国6%。从孩子上幼儿园开始到高考，至少 15 年的时间。用 15 年辅导孩子考个普通一本，我们也许会成功，但是一定有94% 的孩子注定不能考上！所以搞明白我们为什么要辅导孩子学习，对孩子对家长而言都会是件幸福的事情！
其次，我们还要继续想一想，孩子考个好大学了就一定能找个好工作吗？风险思维，请看下图大环境。
台湾硕士、博士140万中不找工作或找不到工作的达43万，占比31%。
美国，毕业后没找到工作的博士百分比，起步都是31.2%。曾经有伙伴在美国帮人代购了一把吉他，登机时，登机口的检票员提醒他要把吉他的琴弦先挑松再登机。因为他遇到的是一位小提琴博士。
再来看看我们中国，一个中学的招聘清单，前20名中垫底的是本硕连读，参与高中教材编辑，组织全国奥赛，发表多篇学术论文的北师大毕业生。
所以，高学历=好工作，用风险思维一分析就知道等式成立的机会有多高了。分析明白了就知道该如何陪娃写作业了。

Once I heard that my colleague who had taken out his maternity leave was really happy to work same as the feeling when going on a vacation! A lot of people may feel incredible. Parents with experience know that it is so hurt when teaching children! But who can foresee a dozen or more decades? First of all, let'sthink about that we tutor children to get knowledge or to take a good university? Based on risk thinking, please look at the environment picture below.In the whole country, the admission rates of first tier university is 6%, for 211 group is 2.4%, and for 985 is 0.80%,Tsinghua and Peking University have a 0.03 percent acceptance rate. It means that it is very hard for our children to get into the first tier university, because the children's grades must be the top 6%in the country. It is at least 15 years from kindergarten to university entrance examination. We may be successful after 15 years of tutoring, but there must be 94 percent of children who are doomed to fail to take the firsttier university! So it's a happy thing for children to learn about why we need to help children learn.
