4、图纸 Drawings
4.1 承包人应按照本合同专用条款约定的日期和套数，向分包人提供图纸。分包人需要增加约定以外图纸套数的，承包人应代为复制，复制费用由分包人承担；如根据总包合同，承包人对工程图纸负有保密义务的，分包人应负责分包工程范围内图纸的保密工作，分包人的保密义务在分包合同终止后，应当继续履行。
The contractor shall provide drawings to the subcontractor in accordance with the date and copies number as stipulated in the Particular Terms and Conditions hereof. If the subcontractor needs to increase sets number of drawings except those agreed upon, the contractor shall duplicate them on his behalf, and the cost of duplication shall be borne by the subcontractor. If the contractor is obligated to keep confidential the engineering drawings in accordance with the general contract, the subcontractor shall be responsible for keeping confidential the drawings within the scope of the subcontracted project, and the confidentiality obligation of the subcontractor shall continue to be performed after the termination of the subcontract.
4.2 如分包工程的图纸不能完全满足施工需要，并且承包人委托分包人进行深化施工图设计的，分包人应在其设计资质等级和业务允许的范围内，在原分包工程图纸的基础上，根据国家有关工程建设标准进行深化设计，分包人的深化设计须经过承包人确认后方可进行施工。如分包人不具备相应的设计资质，应由承包人委托具有相应资质的单位进行深化设计。分包人应对自行设计的图纸负有全部的法律责任。
Provided that the drawings of the subcontracted project cannot fully meet the construction needs, and the contractor entrusts the subcontractor to carry out the design of deepening construction drawing, the subcontractor shall carry out the deepening design based on the original drawings of the subcontracted project and relevant States engineering construction standards within the scope permitted by its design qualification level and business, and the subcontractor's deepening design shall be confirmed by the contractor before using in construction. 4.3承包人提供的图纸不能满足分包工程施工需要时，双方在专用条款内约定复制、重新绘制、翻译、购买标准图纸等的责任和费用承担。
Where the drawings provided by the contractor fail to meet the construction necessity of the subcontracted project, the parties hereto can agree in the particular terms to the responsibilities and expenses for copying, redrawing, translating and purchasing standard drawings.
二、双方一般权利和义务 General Rights and Obligations of Parties
5、总包合同 General Contract
5.1 分包人对总包合同的了解 Subcontractor's Acknowledgement of General Contract
承包人应提供总包合同（有关承包工程的价格内容除外）供分包人查阅。当分包人要求时，承包人应向分包人提供一份总包合同（有关承包工程的价格内容除外）的副本或复印件。分包人应全面了解总包合同的各项规定（有关承包工程的价格内容除外）。
The contractor shall provide the general contract (except the price of the contracted project) for the subcontractor to consult or make reference. The contractor shall, if requested by the subcontractor, provide the subcontractor with a copy or photocopy of the general contract (except for the price of the contracted project). The subcontractor shall become fully acquaintance and acknowledgement with the provisions of the general contract (except the price of the contracted project).
5.2 分包人对有关分包工程的责任
Subcontractor's Responsibility for Relevant Subcontracted Works
除本合同条款另有约定，分包人应履行并承担总包合同中与分包工程有关的承包人的所有义务与责任，同时应避免因分包人自身行为或疏漏造成承包人违反总包合同中约定的承包人义务的情况发生。
Unless otherwise stipulated in the terms hereof, the subcontractor shall perform and assume all obligations and responsibilities of the contractor which related to the subcontracted project in the general contract, and at the same time shall prevent the contractor from violating the contractor's obligations stipulated in the general contract due to the subcontractor's own acts or omissions.
5.3 分包人与发包人的关系 Relationship between Subcontractor and Employer
分包人须服从承包人转发的发包人或工程师与分包工程有关的指令。未经承包人允许，分包人不得以任何理由与发包人或工程师发生直接工作联系，分包人不得直接致函发包人或工程师，也不得直接接受发包人或工程师的指令。如分包人与发包人或工程师发生直接工作联系，将被视为违约，并承担违约责任。
The subcontractor shall obey the instructions which forwarded by the contractor and related to the subcontract works, from the employer or engineer. Without the permission of the contractor, the subcontractor shall not have direct working contact with the employer or the engineer for any reason, and the subcontractor shall not directly write to the employer or the engineer, nor directly accept the instructions of the employer or the engineer. If the subcontractor has direct working contact with the employer or the engineer, it will be regarded as a breach of contract and shall bear the liability for breach of contract.
6、指令和决定 Directives and Decisions
6.1 承包人指令 contractor’s instructions
就分包工程范围内的有关工作，承包人随时可以向分包人发出指令，分包人应执行承包人根据分包合同所发出的所有指令。分包人拒不执行指令，承包人可委托其他施工单位完成该指令事项，发生的费用从应付给分包人的相应款项中扣除。
The contractor may issue instructions to the subcontractor at any time regarding the relevant work within the scope of the subcontract works, and the subcontractor shall execute all instructions issued by the contractor under the subcontract. Provided that the subcontractor refuses to execute the instruction, the contractor may entrust other construction team to complete the work by instruction, and the expenses incurred shall be deducted from the corresponding amount payable to the subcontractor.
6.2 发包人或工程师指令 Employer or engineer’s instructions
就分包工程范围内的有关工作，分包人应执行经承包人确认和转发的发包人或工程师发出的所有指令和决定。
For relevant work within the scope of subcontracted works, the subcontractor shall execute all instructions and decisions issued by the employer or the engineer which confirmed and forwarded by the contractor.
7、项目经理 Project Manager
7.1 项目经理的姓名、职称在本合同专用条款内写明。
The name and title of the project manager shall be stated in the particular terms and conditions of this contract.
7.2 项目经理可授权具体的管理人员行使自己的部分权利，并在认为有必要时可撤回授权，授权和撤回均应提前7天以书面形式通知分包人，委派书及撤回通知作为分包合同的附件。
The project manager may authorize and empower a specific management personnel to exercise some of their rights and authorities and may withdraw the authorization at any time deemed necessary. The authorization and withdrawal shall be notified to the subcontractor in writing 7 days in advance, and the letter of appointment and withdrawal notice shall be attached to the subcontract.
7.3 承包人所发出的指令、通知，由项目经理（或其授权人）签字后，以书面形式交给分包人，分包项目经理在回执上签署自己的姓名及收到时间后生效。确有必要时，项目经理可发出口头指令，并在48小时内给予书面确认。项目经理在48小时后未予书面确认的，分包人应于承包人发出口头指令后7天内提出书面确认要求，项目经理在分包人提出确认要求后7天内不予答复，应视为分包人要求已被确认。分包人认为承包人指令不合理，应在收到指令后24小时内提出书面申告，承包人在收到分包人申告后24小时内作出修改指令或继续执行原指令的决定，并以书面形式通知分包人。紧急情况下，项目经理可发出要求分包人立即执行的指令，分包人如有异议也应执行。如承包人发出错误的指令，并给分包人造成经济损失的，则承包人应给予分包人相应的补偿，但因分包人违反分包合同引起的损失除外。
The instructions and notices issued by the contractor shall be signed by the project manager (or its authorized person) and submitted to the subcontractor in written form and on the receipt on which the subcontract project manager shall sign his name and take effect upon receipt of the receipt. Where really necessary, the project manager may issue oral instructions and give written confirmation within 48 hours thereafter. If the project manager fails to make a written confirmation within 48 hours, the subcontractor shall submit a written confirmation request within 7 days after the contractor issues an oral instruction. if the project manager still fails to reply within 7 days after the subcontractor submits a confirmation request, it shall be deemed that the subcontractor's request has been confirmed. Provided that the subcontractor believes the contractor's instruction is unreasonable, shall submit a written declaration within 24 hours upon receipt of the instruction. The contractor shall make a decision to modify the instruction or continue to execute the original instruction within 24 hours upon receipt of the declaration from the subcontractor, and notify the subcontractor in writing. In case of emergency, the project manager may issue an instruction requiring the subcontractor to execute immediately, and the subcontractor shall also execute although he has any objection thereto. If the contractor issues wrong instructions and causes economic losses to the subcontractor, the contractor shall compensate the subcontractor accordingly, except for the losses caused by the subcontractor's violation of the subcontract.
7.4 项目经理应按分包合同的约定，及时向分包人提供所需的指令、批准、图纸并履行其它约定的义务，否则分包人应在约定时间后24小时内将具体要求、需要的理由及延误的后果通知承包人，项目经理在收到通知后48小时内不予答复，应承担因延误造成的损失。
The project manager shall, in accordance with the stipulations of the subcontract, provide the required instructions, approvals, drawings and implement other agreed obligations to the subcontractor in a timely manner. Otherwise, the subcontractor shall notify the contractor of the specific requirements, reasons needed and consequences of the delay within 24 hours after the agreed time. The project manager which fails reply within 48 hours upon receipt of the notice shall bear the losses caused by the delay.
7.5 承包人如需更换项目经理，应至少提前7天以书面形式通知分包人，后任继续行使前任的职权，履行前任的义务。
Provide that the contractor needs to replace the project manager, he shall notify the subcontractor in writing at least 7 days in advance, and the successor shall continue to exercise the functions and powers of the predecessor and perform the obligations of the predecessor.
8、分包项目经理 Subcontracting Project Manager
8.1 分包项目经理的姓名、职称在本合同专用条款内写明。
The name and title of the subcontract project manager shall be stated in the particular terms and conditions of this contract.
8.2 分包人依据合同发出的请求和通知，以书面形式由分包项目经理签字后送交项目经理，项目经理在回执上签署姓名和收到的时间后生效。
The request and notice issued by the subcontractor in accordance with the contract shall be submitted to the project manager after being signed by the subcontract project manager in written, and shall take effect after signing the name and time of receipt of the project manager.
8.3分包项目经理按项目经理批准的施工组织设计（或施工方案）和依据分包合同发出的指令组织施工。在情况紧急且无法与项目经理取得联系时，分包项目经理应采取保证人员生命和工程、财产安全的紧急措施，并在采取措施后48小时内向项目经理送交报告。责任在承包人或第三人，由承包人承担由此发生的追加合同价款，相应顺延工期；责任在分包人，由分包人承担费用，不顺延工期。
The subcontract project manager shall organize the construction in accordance with the construction organization design (or construction scheme) which approved by the project manager and the instructions issued in accordance with the subcontract. In case of emergency and unable to get in touch with the project manager, the subcontract project manager shall take emergency measures to ensure the safety of personnel, engineering and property, and submit a report to the project manager within 48 hours subsequent to taking the measures. Where The responsibility lies with the contractor or the third party, and the contractor shall bear the additional contract price incurred therefrom and postpone the construction period accordingly and if the responsibility lies with the subcontractor which shall bear the expenses and not postpone the construction period.
8.4 分包人如需更换分包项目经理，应至少提前7天以书面形式通知承包人，并征得承包人同意，后任继续行使前任的职权，履行前任的义务。
Provided that the subcontractor needs to replace the subcontract project manager, he shall notify the contractor in writing at least 7 days in advance and obtain the consent of the contractor. The successor shall continue to exercise the functions and powers of the predecessor and perform the obligations of the predecessor.
8.5 承包人可与分包人协商，建议更换其认为不称职的分包项目经理。
The contractor may consult with the subcontractor and propose to replace the subcontract project manager whom he considers incompetent.
9、承包人的工作 Contractor's Work
9.1 承包人应按本合同专用条款约定的内容和时间，一次或分阶段完成下列工作：
The contractor shall, in accordance with the content and time stipulated in the particular conditions of this contract, complete the following works at one time or in stages:
（1）向分包人提供根据总包合同由发包人办理的与分包工程相关的各种证件、批件、各种相关资料，向分包人提供具备施工条件的施工场地。
Provide subcontractors with various certificates, approval documents and relevant materials related to subcontracted projects, which should be handled by the employer in accordance with the general contract, and in addition to provide subcontractors with construction sites with construction conditions.
（2）按本合同专用条款约定的时间，组织分包人参加发包人组织的图纸会审，向分包人进行设计图纸交底。
Organize subcontractors to participate in the drawing review which held by the employer at the time stipulated in the particular conditions hereof and disclose the design drawings to subcontractors.
（3）提供本合同专用条款中约定的设备和设施，并承担因此发生的费用。
Provide the equipment and facilities stipulated in the particular conditions of this contract and bear the expenses incurred therefrom.
（4）随时为分包人提供确保分包工程的施工所要求的施工场地和通道等，满足施工运输的需要，保证施工期间的畅通。
Provide subcontractors with construction sites and passages required for the construction of subcontracted projects at any time to meet the needs of construction and transportation and ensure smooth flow during construction.
（5）负责整个施工场地的管理工作，协调分包人与同一施工场地的其它分包人之间的交叉配合，确保分包人按照经批准的施工组织设计进行施工。
Be responsible for the management of the whole construction site, coordinate the cross cooperation between subcontractors and other subcontractors in the same construction site, and ensure subcontractors carry out construction in accordance with the approved construction organization design.
（6）承包人应做的其他工作，双方在本合同专用条款内约定。
Other works to be done by the contractor shall be agreed by both parties in the particular conditions hereof.
9.2 承包人未履行前款各项义务，导致工期延误或给分包人造成损失的，承包人赔偿分包人的相应损失，顺延延误的工期。
Provided that the contractor fails to perform the obligations mentioned in the preceding paragraph, resulting in delay in the construction period or causing losses to the subcontractor, the contractor shall compensate the subcontractor for the corresponding losses and postpone the delayed construction period.
10、分包人的工作 Work of Subcontractors
10.1分包人应按本合同专用条款约定的内容和时间，完成下列工作：
The subcontractor shall, pursuant to the content and time stipulated in the particular conditions hereof, complete the following work:
（1）分包人应按照分包合同的约定，对分包工程进行设计（分包合同有约定时）施工、竣工和保修。分包人在审阅分包合同和（或）总包合同时，或在分包合同的施工中，如发现分包工程的设计或工程建设标准、技术要求存在错误、遗漏、失误或其它缺陷，应立即通知承包人。
The subcontractor shall, in accordance with the stipulations of the subcontract, effect the design (if any in the subcontract), construction, completion and guarantee of the subcontracted project. Provided that if the subcontractor, in reviewing the subcontract and/or the general contract, or in the construction of the subcontract, find any error, omission, error or other defect existed in the design or construction standards and technical requirements of the subcontract works, shall immediately notify the contractor thereof.
（2）按照本合同专用条款约定的时间，完成规定的设计内容，报承包人确认后在分包工程中使用。承包人承担由此发生的费用。
The subcontractor shall, pursuant to the time stipulated in the particular conditions of this contract, effect completion of the specified design content and put it into use in the subcontract works after confirmation of the contractor which shall bear the expenses incurred therefrom.
（3）在本合同专用条款约定的时间内，向承包人提供年、季、月度工程进度计划及相应进度统计报表。分包人不能按承包人批准的进度计划施工时，应根据承包人的要求提交一份修订的进度计划，以保证分包工程如期竣工。
Provide annual, quarterly and monthly project progress plans and corresponding progress statistical reports to the contractor within the time specified in the particular conditions of this contract. If the subcontractor cannot carry out the construction in accordance with the schedule which approved by the contractor, he shall submit a revised schedule subject to the requirements of the contractor to ensure the completion of the subcontract works on schedule.
（4）分包人应在专用条款约定的时间内，向承包人提交一份详细施工组织设计，承包人应在专用条款约定的时间内批准，分包人方可执行。
The subcontractor shall submit a detailed construction organization design to the contractor within the time stipulated in the particular conditions, and the contractor shall approve it within the time stipulated in the particular conditions before the subcontractor can implement it.
（5）遵守政府有关主管部门对施工场地交通、施工噪音以及环境保护和安全文明生产等的管理规定，按规定办理有关手续，并以书面形式通知承包人，承包人承担由此发生的费用，因分包人责任造成的罚款除外。
Abiding by the regulations on traffic, noise, environmental protection and safe and civilized production of construction sites as stipulated by the relevant authorities of the government, go through the relevant formalities as required and notify the contractor in writing thereon, the contractor shall bear the expenses incurred therefrom, except for fines caused by the subcontractor's responsibility.
（6）分包人应允许承包人、发包人、工程师及其三方中任何一方授权的人员在工作时间内，合理进入分包工程施工场地或材料存放的地点，以及施工场地以外与分包合同有关的分包人的任何工作或准备的地点，分包人应提供方便。
The subcontractor shall allow reasonable access to the subcontract construction site or the place where the materials are stored during working hours by the any authorized personnel of any one of the three parties of the contractor, the employer, the engineer, as well as access to any work or preparation place of the subcontractor related to the subcontract outside the construction site, and the subcontractor shall provide convenience for their access.
（7）已竣工工程未交付承包人之前，分包人应负责已完分包工程的成品保护工作，保护期间发生损坏，分包人自费予以修复；承包人要求分包人采取特殊措施保护的工程部位和相应的追加合同价款，双方在本合同专用条款内约定。
The subcontractor shall be responsible for the finished product protection of the completed subcontract project prior to delivery of the completed project to the contractor. If damage occurs during the protection period, the subcontractor shall repair it at his own expense. The parts being taken special measures to protect and the corresponding additional contract price should be agreed by the parties in the particular conditions hereof.
（8）分包人应做的其他工作，双方在本合同专用条款内约定。
Other works to be done by the subcontractor shall be agreed by both parties in the particular conditions of this contract.
10.2 分包人未履行前款各项义务，造成承包人损失的，分包人赔偿承包人有关损失。
If the subcontractor fails to perform the obligations mentioned in the preceding paragraph, causing losses to the contractor, the subcontractor shall compensate the contractor for the losses therefrom.
11、总包合同解除Rescission of General Contract
11.1 如在分包人没有全面履行分包合同义务之前，总包合同解除，则承包人应及时通知分包人解除分包合同，分包人接到通知后应尽快撤离现场。
Provided that the general contract is rescinded before the subcontractor fails to fully perform his obligations under the subcontract, the contractor shall promptly notify the subcontractor to rescind the subcontract which shall withdraw from the site as soon as practicable upon receipt of the notice.
11.2 因本合同第11.1款原因终止分包合同，分包人可以得到：已完工程价款、分包人员工的遣散费、二次搬运费等补偿。如本合同第11.1款约定的总包合同终止是因为分包人的严重违约，则只能得到已完工程价款补偿。
Provided that the subcontract is terminated due to the reason of article 11.1 hereof, the subcontractor can obtain: compensation for the cost of completed projects, severance pay of the subcontractor's employees, secondary removal costs, etc. However, if the rescission of the general contract as stipulated in article 11.1 hereof is due to the serious breach by the subcontractor, only the completed project price can be compensated.
11.3 在本合同第11.1款解除分包合同的情况下，分包人经承包人同意为分包工程已采购或已运至施工场地的材料设备，应全部移交给承包人，由承包人按本合同专用条款约定的价格支付给分包人。
In the case of termination or rescission of the subcontract in article 11.1 hereof, the materials and equipment purchased or transported to the construction site for the subcontract project by the subcontractor with the consent of the contractor shall be handed over to the contractor which shall pay the subcontractor in accordance with the price stipulated in the particular conditions hereof.
12、转包与再分包 Subcontracting and Re - subcontracting
12.1 除12.2款规定的情况外，分包人不得将其承包的分包工程转包给他人，也不得将其承包的分包工程的全部或部分再分包给他人。如分包人将其承包的分包工程转包或再分包，将被视为违约，并承担违约责任。
Except for the circumstances specified in article 12.2, the subcontractor shall not subcontract the subcontracted project to others, nor shall he re-subcontract all or part of the subcontracted project to others. If the subcontractor subcontracts or re-subcontracts the subcontracted project, it will be regarded as a breach of contract and bear the liability for breach of contract.
12.2 分包人经承包人同意可以将劳务作业再分包给具有相应劳务分包资质的劳务分包企业。
With the consent of the contractor, the subcontractor may subcontract labor operations to labor subcontracting enterprises with corresponding labor subcontracting qualifications.
12.3 分包人应对再分包的劳务作业的质量等相关事宜进行督促和检查，并承担相关连带责任。
Subcontractor shall supervise and inspect the quality of labor operations and other related matters which subcontracted again, and shall bear relevant joint and several liabilities.
三、工期 Construction Period
13、开工与延期开工 Commencement and Delayed Commencement
13.1 分包人应当按照本合同协议书约定的开工日期开工。分包人不能按时开工，应当不迟于本合同协议书约定的开工日期前5天，以书面形式向承包人提出延期开工的理由。承包人应当在接到延期开工申请后的48小时内以书面形式答复分包人。承包人在接到延期开工申请后48小时内不答复，视为同意分包人要求，工期相应顺延。承包人不同意延期要求或分包人未在规定时间内提出延期开工要求，工期不予顺延。
The subcontractor shall commence construction in accordance with the commencement date stipulated herein. If the subcontractor is unable to start work on time, he shall, no later than 5 days before the commencement date stipulated herein, submit a written reason to the contractor for postponing the commencement. The contractor shall reply to the subcontractor in writing within 48 hours upon receipt of the application for extension of construction. Where the contractor fails to reply within 48 hours upon receipt of the application for extension of construction, it shall be deemed to have consented to the subcontractor's request and the construction period shall be postponed accordingly. If the contractor disagree with the extension request or the subcontractor fails to put forward the extension request within the specified time, the construction period will not be extended.
13.2 因承包人原因不能按照本合同协议书约定的开工日期开工，项目经理应以书面形式通知分包人，推迟开工日期。承包人赔偿分包人因延期开工造成的损失，并相应顺延工期。
Provided that the project cannot be commenced pursuant to the commence date stipulated herein due to the contractor's reasons, the project manager shall notify the subcontractor in writing to postpone the commence date. The contractor shall compensate the subcontractor for the losses caused by the delayed commencement and postpone the construction period accordingly.
14、工期延误 Work Delay
14.1 因下列原因之一造成分包工程工期延误，经项目经理确认，工期相应顺延：
Where the construction period of the subcontracted project is delayed due to one of the following reasons, the construction period shall be postponed accordingly upon confirmation of the project manager:
（1）承包人根据总包合同从工程师处获得与分包合同相关的竣工时间延长；
The contractor obtains the extension of the completion time related to the subcontract from the engineer in accordance with the general contract;
（2）承包人未按本合同专用条款的约定提供图纸、开工条件、设备设施、施工场地；
The contractor fails to provide drawings, construction conditions, equipment and facilities and construction site as stipulated in the particular conditions hereof;
（3）承包人未按约定日期支付工程预付款、进度款，致使分包工程施工不能正常进行；
The contractor fails to pay the advance payment and progress payment of the project on the stipulated date, resulting in the construction of the subcontracted project not proceeding normally;
（4）项目经理未按分包合同约定提供所需的指令、批准或所发出的指令错误，致使分包工程施工不能正常进行；
The project manager fails to issue the required instructions, approvals as stipulated in the subcontract or issue wrong instructions, which resulting in the construction of the subcontract works not proceeding normally;
（5）非分包人原因的分包工程范围内的工程变更及工程量增加；
Engineering change and increase of engineering quantity within the scope of subcontracted projects due to non-subcontractors;
（6）不可抗力的原因； Causes of force majeure;
（7）本合同专用条款中约定的或项目经理同意工期顺延的其他情况。
Other circumstances and matters which stipulated in the particular conditions hereof or with consent of the project manager to postpone the construction period.
14.2 分包人应在14.1款约定情况发生后14天内，就延误的工期以书面形式向承包人提出报告。承包人在收到报告后14天内予以确认，逾期不予确认也不提出修改意见，视为同意顺延工期。
The subcontractor shall, in written form within 14 days after the occurrence of the situation stipulated in article 14.1, issue a report on the delayed construction period to the contractor. The contractor shall confirm it within 14 days upon receipt of the report, and if fails to do so within the time limit and does not propose any modification opinions, it shall be deemed as agreeing to postpone the construction period.
15、暂停施工 Suspension of Work
15.1 发包人或工程师认为确有必要暂停施工时，应以书面形式通过承包人向分包人发出暂停施工指令，并在提出要求后48小时内提出书面处理意见。分包人停工和复工程序以及暂停施工所发生的费用，按总包合同相应条款履行。
Provided that the employer or the engineer deems the construction really necessary to suspend, he shall issue a suspension instruction to the subcontractor in writing through the contractor, and put forward written opinions within 48 hours after the request is made. The subcontractor's suspension, resumption procedures and the costs incurred in suspending construction shall be treated in accordance with the corresponding articles of the general contract.
16、工程竣工 Project Completion
16.1 分包人应按照本合同协议书约定的竣工日期或承包人同意顺延的工期竣工。
The subcontractor shall complete the project in accordance with the completion date which stipulated in the contract agreement or the extended construction period agreed by the contractor.
16.2 因分包人原因不能按照本合同协议书约定的竣工日期或承包人同意顺延的工期竣工的，分包人承担违约责任。
Provided that the project cannot be completed due to the subcontractor’s reason pursuant to the completion date stipulated in the Contract Agreement or the extended construction period agreed by the contractor, the subcontractor shall bear the liability for breach of contract.
16.3 提前竣工程序按总包合同相应条款履行。
The early completion procedure shall be performed subject to the corresponding articles of the general contract.
