Complex & Intelligent Systems 是 Springer 旗下一本开放获取期刊。本刊自 2015 年创刊以来，影响力逐步提升，不乏领域大牛在本刊发表其研究成果。今年本刊获得了首个影响因子：2019 IF—3.791，2019 年*载下**量高达近 10 万次。

主编介绍
金耀初教授，英国萨里大学计算机科学系“计算智能”首席教授。目前担任IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems主编，Complex & Intelligent Systems (Springer) 主编。曾任IEEE计算智能学会副主席，IEEE 杰出讲师，IEEE 计算智能学会理事， 智能系统应用技术委员会主席。被 Clarivate Analytics 评为 2019 年高被引研究者。主要研究方向： 计算智能、机器学习、计算生物学和计算神经科学、形态发育机器人学等。
“五年前出版的 Complex & Intelligent Systems 如今已被 Web of Science SCIE 数据库收录，首获影响因子——2019 年影响因子 3.79。本刊在计算机科学和人工智能领域的 136 种科学索引期刊(Q2)中排名第 37。这一成绩的取得，离不开作者的高质量论文和审稿人、编辑的辛勤努力。本刊将继续发挥其出版高质量研究的作用。本刊研究涉及人工智能、复杂系统、数据科学和决策科学的理论、方法和应用。欢迎中国学者投稿！”
