Article 11. Business Hours 第十一条 营业时间

The business hours of the main facilities, etc., of the hotel are as follows in principle, and those of other facilities, etc., shall be outlined in detail in provided brochures, with notices displayed in each relevant location, service directories in guestrooms, and elsewhere. 酒店主要设施等的营业时间原则上如下,其他设施等的营业时间应在提供的小册子中进行详细说明,并在各有关位置显示告示,在客房内提供服务目录,以及其他地方。



The service hours specified in Paragraph 1 are subject to change for unavoidable reasons. In such cases, guests shall be notified by appropriate means. 由于不可避免的原因,第1款中指定的服务时间可能会发生变化。在这种情况下,应通过适当的方式通知客人。



Article 12. Payment of Accommodation Charges 第十二条 住宿费的支付

The breakdown and method of calculation of accommodation charges, etc., that the guest shall pay are listed in Appendix Table 1. 旅客应支付的住宿费的细目及计算方法列于附录表1。



Accommodation charges, etc. as stated in Paragraph 1 shall be paid for with korean currency or by any means other than korean currency, such as hotel vouchers or credit cards recognized by the hotel, at the front desk at the time of the guest’s arrival. 第1款所述的住宿费等应以韩元或韩元以外的任何其他方式支付,例如客人抵达时在前台支付的酒店礼券或酒店认可的信用卡。



Accommodation charges shall be paid even if the guest voluntarily fails to utilize the accommodation facilities that are provided by the hotel and are at his or her disposal. 即使客人自愿未能使用酒店提供的并可供其使用的住宿设施,也应支付住宿费。



Article 13. Liabilities of the Hotel 第十三条 酒店的责任

The hotel shall compensate the guest for damage if the hotel has caused damage to the guest in the fulfillment or the nonfulfillment of the accommodation contract and/or related agreements. However, the same shall not apply in cases in which such damage has been caused for reasons for which the hotel is not liable. 如果酒店在履行或未履行住宿合同和/或相关协议中对旅客造成损害的,酒店应赔偿旅客的损失。但是,对于因酒店不承担责任的原因造成此类损害的情况,该规定将不适用。



Article 14. Handling When Unable to Provide Contracted Rooms 第十四条 无法提供合同房间时的处理



The hotel shall, when it is unable to provide contracted rooms, arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere for the guest insofar as is practicable with the consent of the guest. 如果酒店无法提供合同规定的房间,则应在切实可行的情况下,在客人同意的范围内,为客人安排相同标准的住宿。



Article 15. Handling of Deposited Articles 第十五条 寄存物品的处理

The hotel shall compensate the guest for damage when loss, breakage, or other damage is caused to goods, cash, or valuables deposited at the front desk by the guest, except in cases in which this has occurred for reasons of force majeure. However, with regard to cash and valuables, when the guest has not reported the kind and value thereof, the hotel shall compensate the guest up to a total of 500,000 won. 如果客人在前台存放的商品,现金或贵重物品造成损失,破损或其他损坏,酒店应赔偿客人的损坏,除非因不可抗力而发生这种情况。但是,对于现金和贵重物品,如果客人未报告其种类和价值,则酒店应赔偿客人最多500,000韩元。



The hotel shall not compensate the guest for damage when loss, breakage, or other damage is caused, unless it is otherwise determined to be the result of intention or negligence on the part of the hotel, to goods, cash, or valuables that are brought onto the premises of the hotel by the guest but are not deposited at the front desk. 除非造成其他损失,破损或其他损害,否则酒店不赔偿客人的损失,除非另有确定是由于酒店的故意或过失造成的对货物,现金或贵重物品的损害客人将其带到酒店的客房,但不存放在前台。



Article 16. Custody of Baggage and/or Belongings of the Guest 第十六条 旅客的行李和/或物品的保管



When the guest’s luggage is brought to the hotel before arrival, the hotel shall be liable for keeping it only if a request to do so has been accepted by the hotel. The luggage shall be handed over to the guest at the front desk at the time of checking in. 当客人的行李在抵达前被带到酒店时,只有在酒店接受了这样做的要求后,酒店才有责任保管行李。办理登机手续时,应在前台将行李移交给客人。



When luggage or belongings of a guest are found to have been left at the hotel after checkout and no instructions have been given by their owner or their owner cannot be identified, the luggage or belongings shall be kept at the hotel for 7 days, including the day upon which they were found and valuables shall be delivered to the nearest police station. Article 17. Liability with Regard to Parking 第十七条 关于停车的责任

The hotel shall not be liable for the induction of the vehicle and the custody of the vehicle of the guest when the guest utilizes the parking lot on the premises of the hotel, as it shall be considered that the hotel simply offers the space for parking . regardless of whether or not a car key has been deposited at the hotel. However, the hotel shall compensate the guest for damage caused intentionally or through negligence on the part of the hotel with regard to management of the parking lot. 当客人在酒店场所使用停车场时,酒店不对车辆的感应和车辆保管负责,因为应认为酒店仅提供停车位。不论是否已在酒店存放车钥匙。但是,对于停车场管理方面的故意或过失、酒店应赔偿客人的损失。



Article 18. Liability of the Guest 第十八条 客人的责任

The guest shall compensate the hotel for damages caused intentionally or through negligence on the part of the guest. 旅客应赔偿因旅客故意或因疏忽造成的损害。



Notes 提示: The percentage signifies the rate of cancellation charge relative to the basic accommodation charge. 百分比表示相对于基本住宿费的取消费率。



When the number of days contracted is reduced, the cancellation charge for the first day shall be paid by the guest regardless of how many days have been reduced from the number of days originally contracted. 减少约定天数时,无论从初始日起取消多少天,客人都应支付第一天的取消费用。



When part of a group booking (for 10 rooms or more) is cancelled, the cancellation charge shall not be charged for a number of rooms equivalent to 10% of the number of rooms booked as of 7 days prior to occupancy (when accepted less than 7 days prior to occupancy), rounded up to the next whole amount. 如果取消部分团体预订(10个房间或更多),则不收取相当于在入住前7天预订的房间数量的10%的取消费(接受少于入住前7天),四舍五入到下一个整数。



Regarding the group specified in Paragraph 3, the stipulations of Paragraph 3 shall not apply if a Memorandum on Group Reservation or similar agreement has been concluded separately. 对于第3款中指定的团体,如果单独签订了团体预订备忘录或类似协议,则第3款的规定将不适用。
