To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to offer you and your company some advice regarding bus line 43. I have been taking this bus regularly for the past 3 years, and, before, enjoyed the 15-minute stint on the bus and found the driver, and even, perhaps somewhat surprisingly, the riders themselves, seemingly content.
Recently, however, I’ve noticed a distinct difference in the ride, starting with the drivers. Whereas before the drivers would smile, or at least be courteous, if not just simply focused on their work, the drivers over the last 3-4 weeks seem almost purposefully rude. I don’t mean to be a prude, but the difference has been noticeable. Another striking difference has been the amount of rubbish that fills the floors of the bus. It almost seems as if the buses were left all night un-swept and uncleaned, which one may suppose could be considered as unhygienic. Perhaps there are situations that need to be resolved to help the drivers be a little more positive in their demeanor, and perhaps inspections can be made prior to leaving the bus garage?
I do hope this letter assists you and your colleagues to investigate and resolve these matters, as I no longer see content riders, but the look of discontent and even fear. Thank you for your time.
