泰国驻华大使馆在公证文书上证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理领事认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为泰国当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。
The Thai Embassy in China certifies the last signature and seal of the notary office or certification authority on the notary document. 1、需一式两份，使馆只收一份认证费。

2、需泰文或英语译文。

3、商业单据须做成证明书形式。
3. Commercial documents must be in the form of certificate.
4、山东省出具的文书送驻青岛总领馆认证。
