Book coupons worth a combined 10 million yuan will be issued for use in 219 brick-and-mortar bookstores in Zhengzhou. In addition, these bookstores will offer a 15%-50% discount, which means citizens can also buy books at half price offline. The book coupons will be distributed in the form of electronic coupons. All people residing or currently in the Zhengzhou area can apply for them.
4月23日，世界读书日，郑州又来发福利了——总额1000万元的图书类消费券，图书类消费券以电子消费券形式发放，所有在郑人员（包括来郑人员）均可申领，可在郑州市内219家实体书店消费使用。同时，所有参与活动的书店还将向市民提供五折到八五折不等的优惠幅度，在线下也可以半价买书。
At 10 o'clock on April 23, 2 million yuan worth of book coupons will be given out through ZhengHaoBan APP and AliPay APP. Each applicant is limited to one coupon package. The remaining 8 million yuan worth of coupons will be allocated to said brick-and-mortar bookstores. Any buyer can scan the QR code to receive them when entering the bookstore or making payment.
