The final rule adopts test procedures for determining the lumen output, input power, lamp efficacy, correlated color temperature (CCT), color rendering index (CRI), power factor, lifetime, and standby mode power for LED lamps. The final rule also adopts a definition for time to failure to support the definition of lifetime.
