考点一、seem 的用法
seem 动词 ，意思是"好像；似乎；看来"。
(1) seem to do sth. 意为 "似乎做某事"
They seemed to find a way to solve the problem.
他们似乎找到了解决这个问题的办法。
Their team seemed to lose the game. 他们队似乎输掉了比赛。
(2) seem (to be) + 形容词 / 名词， 意为"看上去 / 好像……"。
Tom seems (to be) badly ill. 汤姆看上去病得很重。
Mr. Brown seems to be very happy. 布朗先生好像很开心。
It seems (to be )a good idea. 看起来是一个不错的注意。
The man over there seems (to be )our new Chinese teacher.
那边那人好像是我们新的语文老师。
(3) It seems + that从句，意为"看来……"。
It seems that no one knows the matter.
似乎没有人知道这件事。
It seems that Mr. Brown will not come today.
看来布朗先生今天不会来了。
(4)"It seems that 从句" 和其他结构之间的转换
It seems that he missed the train. 看来他错过火车了。
= He seems to miss the train.
Tom seems to be badly ill. 汤姆好像病得很重。
=It seems that Tom is badly ill.
考点二、win 的用法
(1) win 及物或不及物动词，意为 "获胜、赢得…", 过去式和过去分词都是won。winner 名词 "获胜者", win 的反义词是 lose。
(2) win 和 beat 的区别
win 赢得 win + 比赛项目/ 奖项 / 金钱 /战争
beat 击败 beat + 对手
We won the game in the end.
最后我们赢得了比赛的胜利。
At last we beat them and won the first prize.
最后我们击败了他们获得了第一名。
