一周货机航线动态 12月26日， 顺丰航空开通包头-太原-杭州全货机航线， 由B737F执飞，每周5班，可将包头出产的牛羊肉等农产品快速转运至顺丰位于杭州的华东航空枢纽，并经枢纽分拨至全国各地。12月28日， 京东航空开通北京-芜湖-南通全货机航线， 由B737F执飞，班期未公布。该航线能够提升京东合肥、芜湖智能产业园以及芜湖周边的仓运协同性，实现安徽及周边区域的部分货物陆运转航空。12月30日， 京东航空开通深圳-无锡全货机航线， 由B737F执飞，每周6班，将重点满足高端消费、高端制造需求，主要运载生鲜、奢侈品、医药品等高价值、高时效货物。1月2日， 厦门-墨西哥全货机航线开通， 由阿特拉斯航空B747-400F执飞，每周2班，主要运载机械配件、汽车零部件、电子产品等，包机方为欧华国际物流集团。来源：中国民用航空网、福建日报
卫健委再次优化防疫政策 12月26日，国家卫健委先后发布公告， 不再对入境人员和货物采取检疫传染病管理措施、 1月8日起取消“五个一”“一国一策”及客座率限制等管控措施，优化航线分布。同时提到优化配套管理措施， 保障各类口岸货运尽快恢复至疫情前水平。 专家表示，民航国际运输供给将极大改善，国际客运、货运价格有望稳中下降。来源：中物联航空物流分会
DHL无锡口岸落成 12月28日，DHL位于苏南硕放机场货站的无锡口岸正式落成。该口岸操作设施面积5300平方米，可进行航空集装箱和散货卡车装卸、文件和包裹自动分拣、国际快件进出口申报等操作，每小时可处理货物3000件以上。 无锡口岸将与DHL浦东机场的北亚枢纽设施形成产能联动， 进一步提升转运时效和网络韧性。来源：DHL快递Views
国货航启动深主板IPO 近日， 证监会披露国货航深市主板IPO已获受理， 保荐机构为中信证券。目前中国航空资本控股有限责任公司持股45%、国泰航空货运公司持股12%、国改双百持股5%、菜鸟持股15%、深国际持股10%。
我国11月快递业务量下降8.7% 国家邮政局公布，11月快递业务量完成103.5亿件，同比下降8.7%；业务收入完成978.5亿元，同比下降9.0%。1-11月，邮政行业快递业务量累计完成1002.1亿件，同比增长2.2%；业务收入累计9569.8亿元，同比增长1.6%。来源：国家邮政局

嘉里物流签约宁夏陆港项目 近日，嘉里物流宁夏陆港项目正式签约，项目选址位于中宁县，计划于2026年3月建成投运。该项目将以中宁为基地， 建设西部地区多式联运国际无水港和转运中心， 畅通国际供应链网络，北接中蒙俄、南连新通道、西达中哈欧、东通京津冀，成为西部地区重要的国内、国际物流节点。
韩国三星电子计划明年扩大芯片产能 近日， 韩国三星电子宣布计划明年扩大其位于韩国平泽市的最大半导体工厂的产能； 同时新购至少10台极紫外光刻机。据悉，该工厂将根据代工合同增加4纳米芯片以及12寸晶圆产能，有分析认为，三星电子继续投资芯片业务，可能有助其在需求回暖时争取存储芯片市场份额。
广州出台最新航空货运补贴政策 近日，广州空港经济区管理委员会出台《广州市促进航空运输业高质量发展若干措施》，其中与航空货运直接相关的有：一是 对新开通定期国际货运航线予以补贴， 首个运营年标准从300万到4000万不等，第二、三个运营年度分别按首年标准的70%、50%执行，最长补贴期为三个运营年度； 对新开通定期国内货运航线予以补贴， 航空公司根据航线首个运营年度的情况申请，标准为500元/吨、5万元/班，上限为500万元。二是 基地货运航空公司落户补贴， 标准为1000万元。三是 全货机投放补贴， 新注册全货机按业载量可申请50至200万元/架，每家航空公司上限为1000万元。四是 国际货运包机航线补贴， 标准为“新开通定期国际货运航线补贴”首年度补贴标准的50%。五是 国际航空货物组货补贴， 符合条件的排名前10的货运代理企业可依次给予110万到200万元。来源：广州空港经济区管理委员会
FedEx Express is pain point for FedEx in second quarter 因航空快递需求下滑， Fedex财年二季度（9-11月）利润同比下滑超六成。 FedEx faced continued weak market demand for air cargo in the second quarter with FedEx Express a particular pain point.In the second quarter ended November 30, the transport company said previously implemented cost reduction measures helped soften the blow of reduced FedEx Express revenue.Second quarter fiscal 2023 revenue was $22.8bn compared to second quarter fiscal 2022 results of $23.5bn. FedEx Express revenue is $10.9bn for the second quarter of 2023, down 6% on the same period last year. FedEx Ground revenue is $8.4bn, up 2% on the same period last year and FedEx Freight revenue is $2.5bn, up 8% on the same period last year.In the latest fiscal quarter, FedEx Express operating income declined 64% year-over-year due to lower global volumes, partially offset by an 8% package yield increase.In response, FedEx Express implemented previously planned and incremental cost reduction actions during the quarter to mitigate the impact of volume declines, including structural air network changes and the temporary parking of aircraft.来源：Air Cargo News
Miami Airport reaches high for cargo capacity 迈阿密机场将于明年动工建设垂直一体化的五层仓储仓库， 预计五年后将现有的300万吨货运能力提升至750万吨。 Miami International Airport (MIA) is adopting a vertical approach to meeting air cargo capacity demand as it contends with limited space. The airport's “Vertically Integrated Cargo Community” project envisions a five-storey storage warehouse which is expected to more than double its current cargo capacity.Expected to break ground next year, the estimated five-year project will add approximately 4.5m (US) tons of cargo capacity to the 3m tons of existing capacity.Atlas Air is the cargo airline with the biggest presence by volume at MIA, says Jimmy Nares, section chief – marketing at Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD), which operates MIA. Other major freighter operators include Avianca, LATAM, UPS and FedEx.“Perishables dominate inbound cargo and most of those perishables originate from South America and Central America, 69% of all perishable products coming by air into the US come through Miami National Airport.”Major exports include telecommunications equipment, computers, pharmaceuticals and perishables. Of these, perishables and pharmaceuticals have been growth areas throughout the pandemic. 2021 was even a record year for the latter.Like most airports, MIA has also noted an increase in e-commerce. Amazon begins ‘Prime Air’ drone deliveries in California, Texas 亚马逊Prime Air开始在加利福尼亚州和德克萨斯州使用无人机进行包裹递送。Amazon has begun delivering orders by drone. Amazon Prime Air is now operating in Lockeford, Calif. and College Station, Texas.In August of this year, the retail giant received approval from the Federal Aviation Administration to use drones for package deliveries. The maximum payload for Prime Air is 5 lb, and Amazon says that 85 percent of its shipments fall under that weight.Residents of both towns can sign up for the service, and Amazon will then confirm that the company can deliver safely to the customer's address. Once an order is placed, the customer gets an estimated delivery time and tracking info.“The drone will fly to the designated delivery location, descend to the customer's backyard, and hover at a safe height,” Amazon said. “It will then safely release the package and rise back up to altitude.”
