一、中国工业互联网市场仍处于发展初期。
1. 相对于国外由GE、IBM等头部企业主导发展的情况,中国工业互联网市场的发展主要由政策和补贴推动,市场需求推动相对较弱,因此供需市场尚未完全平衡。

因此,我们认为中国工业互联网市场整体仍处于初级阶段,尽管发展尚不成熟,但蕴藏着许多探索的机会。
二、不同类型的企业应基于产品-项目-平台和生态的逻辑进行探索,同时简化服务工具,拓展服务边界。
1. 当前工业互联网平台市场呈现出多样化的发展态势:
- 制造业巨头凭借深厚的战略和行业经验处于领先地位;
- 传统软件厂商依靠渠道优势和行业服务经验;
- ICT厂商和互联网公司在基础能力和生态建设方面具有优势;
- 数据治理和物联网领域的企业在数据分析和底层数据采集等方面具有优势。
2. 数据资产的价值挖掘是工业互联网平台服务的核心,近年来并未改变。
3. 随着平台逐步进入运营阶段,平台服务的本质保持不变,但平台能力向两个方向扩展:
- 平台服务的边界和广度不断拓展;
- 平台能力丰富,但平台工具也趋向简化。
三、在不依赖政府支持的情况下,国内供应商企业应如何自我强化?
1. 非民生行业的宏观调控不可能是永久的。
2. 国内工业互联网企业需要思考一个核心问题:在补贴消失后,企业将如何发展和盈利?
- 工业互联网供应商需了解和锚定真正的市场需求。
- 数据资产归属权具有重要价值,能为企业带来新的发展机会,需抓住机会。
- 具备全面能力的工业互联网厂商可以适度拓展至产业互联网领域,但不应过于操之过急。
- 在合作大于竞争的市场生态中,中小企业与头部企业合作可以获得发展先机,但长期发展仍需依靠自身产品能力。
- 中小企业虽然面临存活空间受限的局面,但通过协同发展技术和渠道,仍有较大发展潜力。
- 企业在探索标准化产品服务和盈利模式方面还有很长的路要走,但值得多方探索。
- ChatGPT在工业领域的应用有潜力,但目前尚存在深度应用的困难,应保持关注但不盲目追随。

Third, without relying on government support, how should domestic supplier enterprises self-strengthen?
1. The macro-control of non-livelihood industries cannot be permanent.
2. Domestic industrial Internet companies need to think about a core question: How will they develop and make profits after subsidies disappear?
- Industrial Internet providers need to understand and anchor the real market needs.
- The ownership of data assets has important value and can bring new development opportunities for enterprises, which need to be seized.
- Industrial Internet manufacturers with comprehensive capabilities can moderately expand to the industrial Internet field, but should not be too hasty.
- In the market ecology where cooperation is greater than competition, small and medium-sized enterprises can obtain development opportunities by cooperating with leading enterprises, but long-term development still needs to rely on their own product capabilities.
- Although smes face the situation of limited survival space, they still have greater development potential through coordinated development of technology and channels.
Enterprises still have a long way to go in exploring standardized product services and profit models, but it is worth exploring.
ChatGPT has potential in industrial applications, but there are still difficulties in deep application, so we should keep an eye on it but not blindly follow it.
