这位网友，你，应该认为：你的老师之所以要求学生“不能写疑问句不能写祈使句”作为观点类的英语作文题目的格式，是因为他/她有着良苦用心的。既然是观点类英语作文，那么必然有论点和论据以及事实和理由的。与之匹配的问句一定是Why引起的句式为题目句；与此相反用“疑问句、祈使句”其回答就是yes或no，或不回答（答案已在题目中）就完事了，这样是有先天“缺陷的”。因此改进的题目（非疑问及祈使句）表述：让读者不但一眼看上去就知道你的观点而且还思考作者的论据和事实及理由。
写观点类英语作文的正确题目，一定要Why开头的句子为题目，例如：Why do you prefer your English class to be taught only in English, or in both English and Chinese?（你为什么喜欢老师授课时只用英语，还是英汉兼用呢？），所以此题目既简单易懂，又让读者看一眼就知道你的观点了？！！！而且读者还必须要看下去你写的英语作文之观点、论据和事实和理由，究竟是什么内容的。
