一、买家在使用信用卡时，若支付失败页面会出现提示，根据提示可以进行判断，常见的失败原因有以下几类：
1、信用卡类型不对
页面提示：Visa and Mastercard are the only supported cards at this time. Please try another card or explore our other payment
原因：使用的信用卡非Visa或Mastercard
建议：请您让买家使用Visa或Mastercard的信用卡重新支付，或更换其他支付方式。
2、未开通网银功能
页面提示：Ecommerce is not enabled. Please try another card or explore our other payment
原因：信用卡未开通网银
建议：请您让买家开通网银后再重新支付，或更换其他信用卡或更换其他支付方式。
3、发卡行未授权
页面提示：Current payment is falied on this transaction.
原因：信用卡发卡行未授权
建议： 请您让买家联系信用卡发卡行进行授权后再重新支付，或更换其他信用卡或更换其他支付方式。
4、余额不足
页面提示：Transaction was rejected by your bank due to credit limit. Please contact your bank. You can also try another card or explore our other payment.
原因：信用卡余额不足
建议：请您让买家信用卡充值后再重新支付，或更换其他信用卡或更换其他支付方式。
5、账户信息填错
页面提示：Card information mistake. Please confirm the card number, expiration date, CVV , cardholder name and billing address are all correct. Or pay via other payment.
原因：信用卡账户信息填写错误
建议：请您让买家查看信用卡支付输入的关键信息是否填写正确无误（如卡号、有效期、CVV2/CVC、持卡人姓名、账单地址等），或更换其他信用卡或更换其他支付方式。
6、安全原因
页面提示：Current payment is falied on this transaction. Please pay via.
原因：风险控制未通过
建议：请您让买家尝试更换其它支付方式重新操作，如使用T/T。
7、支付超过限额
页面提示：Current payment is falied on this transaction as it exceeds per transaction limit. You can pay via other payment.
原因：支付超过限额
建议：请您让买家尝试更换其它支付方式重新操作，如使用T/T。
8、信用卡超过有效期
页面提示：This card has expired. Please try another card or explore our other payment.
原因：信用卡超过有效期
建议：请您让买家尝试更换其他信用卡或者更换其它支付方式。
