dog person是什么意思呢？大家都知道中文里面，很多骂人的词汇都会和“狗”有关，那么英文中的这个dog person也是骂人的意思吗？
一.并没有骂你哦！
其实dog person并不是骂人的词汇哦，在英文里面，它表示这个意思：
dog person 喜欢狗的人
She is a dog person.
她是一个喜欢狗的人。
在英文里面，n.（名词）+person这个组合，一般用来表示喜欢XX的人，这是一个万能组合，同样的还有cat person（喜欢猫的人），rose person（喜欢玫瑰的人），还有这个会经常用：
people person 人缘好的人
（someone who is good at dealing with other people）
Colleagues say she’s a good people person who can really motivate a team.
同事说她是一个可以激励团队，善于交际的人。
二.那些“dog”的词汇
1.dog days 三伏天，炎热的日子
（the hottest days of the summer）
虽然不知道词汇的起源，但是想象一下狗热的时候伸出舌头的样子，其实也不会太难记住这个词组吧~
It’s so hot , it must be the dog days of summer.
今天实在是太热了，肯定是三伏天了。
2.a dog’s life 潦倒的生活
（a very unhappy and unpleasant life）
像狗一样的生活，所以比较惨
His father’s bankruptcy led him a dog’s life.
他父亲的破产使他过上了困苦的日子。
3.dog eat dog 人吃人，竞技激烈
（used to describe a situation in which people will do anything to be successful,even if what they do harms other people）
一般用于形容词，表示环境中的人为了成功都会采用很多不择手段的方法
It’s a dog-eat-dog world out there.
这外面是一个竞争激烈的世界。
