To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to seek assistance in correcting an issue that has arisen as of late regarding my Internet connection. Over the last couple of weeks, not only has my connection been slow, but it has also even been irregular and sporadic as if the signal is being blocked. I had previously called to inquire about the problem but after receiving assurances that the problem would be corrected, the issues have continued unabated.
To solve this problem, I am requesting an IT specialist be sent to my home to diagnose and rectify the problem. I am available all weekday mornings next week, so if the engineer can visit during the morning sometime next week, it would be much appreciated, but the sooner the better.
As this problem has been occurring for two weeks, and since I had already informed your company of this issue, I would like the next Internet bill to reflect this situation by applying a 2-week discount to the next billing period.
