把自己身上的几个标签、自己的亮点经历写上，再进行相应能力和良好品质的诠释，不动声色地打造人设，让老师记住你并且认可你！要让别人记住你的能力，而不是经历！将自身优势转化为价值，为导师提供一个录取你的理由
公式：经历＋对应的能力和品质＋对读研有什么帮助（做调研、科研、学习、生活等）

When I was a sophomore , I successfully applied for the innovation and entrepreneurship project for college students . The name of the project is XXX . In this process , I felt the pain and joy of scientific research . The pain lies in the difficulty of choosing research content , the frustration of searching for data everywhere , the fatigue in the field
research process , etc , while the joy lies in that I can find solutions one by one despite all the aforementioned difficulties . For example , if I couldn ' t find relevant data in the Bureau of Statistics , I went to different places such as professional related forums and finally found the needed data , and insisted on completing the research project with high quality , and published a paper XXX .

3．选择这个学校的原因这里可以分两种情况：
对于同专业或相关专业的考生。先说自己对这个学校和专业的了解（要具体），但不要提到具体某个老师（防止受到老师之间内部矛盾的影响），然后表明自己对这个学校和专业的向往和憧憬之情，最后提一下自己之前的经历和专业之间的契合点。）
The reason why I chose to apply for the social work major of Peking University is that the social work major of Peking University is one of the best in China . I know that the social work major of Peking University pays great attention to social practice , and students will have many opportunities to follow their tutors to do fieldwork and join their classmates in community service , which is more in line with my philosophy .

之所以选择报考北大的社工专业，一方面是因为北京大学的社会工作专业在中国是数一数二的，我了解到北大的社工专业非常注重社会实践，学生会有很多机会跟随导师去做田野调查、和同学进入社区开展服务，这比较符合我的理念。而且北大有很多学术资源、高级别的学术研讨会等，这些都是我所向往的．.....
