iOS 13/iPadOS 目前还只是测试版非正式版，bug 比较多，不建议主力机升级。升级前请务必知晓如何通过 iTunes 备份恢复以及刷入固件。
苹果在刚刚召开的 WWDC 2019 上正式公布了新一代 iOS 操作系统 iOS 13 以及专为 iPad 设计的 iPadOS。目前两者已经可以升级到测试版了，但是方法并非之前的*载下**安装描述文件，而是*载下**对应的固件（大小为4个多 G），然后用 iTunes 恢复固件（俗称的刷机）。
升级方式很简单：首先将你的 iOS 设备连接上电脑端的 iTunes ，然后点击在本电脑上「立即备份」，这样当前系统的左右资料就完整备份在电脑上。然后电脑端上*载下**对应型号的测试版固件， 最后还是连接 iTunes 之后电脑按住 Shift/Option 键选择刚*载下**的固件然后点击 iTunes 上的「恢复 iPhone/iPad」，等待数分钟重启即可。剩下的就是通过 iTunes 恢复刚才备份的资料了。
降级的操作一模一样，只不过*载下**的固件换成为目前可验证的版本（当前为 iOS 12.3/12.3.1）。

其中 iOS 13 为支持 iPhone SE 以及 6s 以上，iPadOS 为 iPad mini 2 以及 iPad Air 2 以上。
注意：如果不提前进行备份，那么降级之后理论上无法通过 iTunes 恢复资料，但是可以恢复 iOS 12 上备份的资料，所以请务必要做好资料的备份工作。
