如何回答“ what are your plans and ambitions for your career?”（你的职业计划与雄心是什么？）
回答这个问题需要注意3点：
1、正面而积极
keep your answer positive, this will show the interviewer just how much you want to work for them. 保证答案是正面而积极的，这会让面试官感觉到你有多么想为他们工作。
2、有具体措施和实施细节
说出措施，会显得你做事更有计划。
3、突出想更好地为公司服务与贡献的意愿
有些初级岗位（比如助理类的岗位，或者文职类的），如果公司比较小，也无法提供更多的晋升空间的话，让面试官觉得你愿意在公司留个2-3年是可以的。这时要展示自己愿意与公司共同成长的意愿。
如果是较大的公司，要突出想更好地为公司服务与贡献的意愿，这样会打消面试官对面试者频繁跳槽的担心，也更加愿意在今后培养面试者。

I want to continue learning new techniques that will make me a better technician. I really strive to be the best that I can be,and I will attend seminars and workshops.
