During these day, we are working hard to address this issue. We are very upset. Please know we really cherish our account. We have run this store for 1 year. We are always trying our best to provide customers good product and service. During the last year, we totally sell XXX orders, create GBPXXX total sales and receive XXX positive feedback with 4.9 stars. Account Health Rating is good and there has no violation of Amazon's regulations in more than a year of business.

当然有的小伙伴问这些很多资料他们自己都可以查到,那我还要不要提供?我的回答是必须要提供,你的主动坦白和被动发现完全是两个效果,况且你便捷了他们的工作流程,他们也会对你有好感,有助于你申诉的成功。

As a one year experience Amazon new seller, we need to continue to strengthen the study of Amazon policy and guarantee this problem does not happen again. Below is our plan of action. We sincerely hope that you could reinstate our selling privilege afterwards.

1. Carefully inspect our remaining listings and inventories

For all of XX listings, we have checked them again and again and make a Listing check sheet. By July 10, we have finished below 3 inspections to ensure their authenticity.

We have contacted all suppliers and confirmed again, they all have legal business license and have the qualification to sell these products. We have seen their legal business license, quality certificates, invoice and website. For those unreliable supplier, we have stopped the cooperation with them.

(b) We also have checked remaining products again on Internet (Google and the product website). All these products’ description don’t infringe others’ intellectual property right or patents don’t belong to any individuals or companies.

2. Optimize product quality

(a) Change the packaging for the products.

We have redesigned and changed the packaging for the products. All the products have been put enough padding and with durable packaging. We can ensure that the products customers receive are in good condition and with exquisite product packaging after long distant transportation.

(b) Inspect our inventory.

We have checked all our inventories in our warehouse immediately. All the products have been inspected again by our technicians and tested that they are qualified and well packaged with the new durable packaging. We can make sure that the products are fully functional.

3. Register brand in UK and Europe.

We will focus on only few professional products step by step and we will design and develop these products ourselves so that we also can have our own copyrights.We shall apply a trademark in Government Patent and Trademark Office, and we shall register our own product Brand in Amazon as soon as possible.

4. Improve our customer service.

(a) We shall strengthen our customer service training on all aspects of product knowledge, familiar with the company's products, each link improvement, improve the effectiveness of the page description. Have a better product page updating system.

(b) We will check our emails, feedback and product review timely. Besides, we will send the emails to our mutual customers regularly in order to timely get their feedback regarding our products and service. Once we receive the inquiry and complaint from our customers, we will try our best to reply them within 12 hours, conscientiously analysis the causes of the problem, and provide our customers with a satisfied solution as soon as possible. We guarantee that the similar problem will not happen again.

(c) In order to provide our mutual customers with a better shopping experience, we guarantee that we will help them exchange the products for free under 1 year warranty.

5. Strengthen staff training

We have arranged a training for all our staffs including myself, in order to avoid mistakes caused similar mistakes. We have set up a special team for fulfilling our shop’s daily work in order to provide our mutual customers with a better shopping experience. We believe that we can do it better with a professional, skilled, and expanded team.

We have carefully learned “Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions”, “Product Detail Page Rules”, and “Condition Guidelines” etc. Meanwhile, we will strictly obey Amazon’s policy. We guarantee that the similar problem will not happen again.

一般来说第一封申诉信大纲就是3点:认错,否认或承认,行动计划。第一封申诉信一定不能把手上的牌都打完,不然如果绩效团队拒绝的话,你第二封邮件都不知道怎么写了,而且像关联这种严重的问题99%的可能性是不会第一封邮件就给你过的。在他们的回复邮件里应该会出现关联的那家公司的一些详细信息,到时候再见招拆招吧。如果第一封申诉邮件就给我过了那真的是踩到狗屎运了,要烧高香[泪奔][泪奔][泪奔]
