irrespective of percentage （I.O.P）不计免*率赔**，意为对承保的破碎或段量损失，不论损失程度，全部赔偿。
关于免*率赔**问题，免*率赔**是对易碎和易段量的货物的赔偿，保险公司可规定当货物发生破碎和短量时，保险人可以免赔一定的百分比。
主要分为两种。相对免*率赔** （franchise）:当损失数超过免*率赔**时，不扣除免*率赔**，予以全部赔偿。
绝对免*率赔** （deductible）:当损失数超过免*率赔**时，扣除免*率赔**，只赔超过免*率赔**的部分。

受益人名称地址均不得出现在单证上，但发票，箱单，重量单，受益人证明以及合格证书除外。
+A fee of EUR 60.00 (or equivalent in other currency) for each set of documents presented with discrepancy (ies) will be deducted from proceeds, This does not,however, constitute an automatic acceptance of discrepant documents by ourselves.
如果所提示的单证有不符点将从款项中扣除60欧元（或其他等值币种），但是，这并不构成我行自动接受不符点单证。
+ In case of discrepant documents presented and refused by us, we shall reslease the documents to the applicant against payment/acceptance unless we receive disposal instruction to the contrary from the presenter prior to our reslease of documents.
