Yuzuru Hanyu（羽生结弦）, born on December 7, 1994 , is a Japanese men's single skater in figure skating（花样滑冰） , an event which is no small feat .
Enjoying a extremely high celebrity both in Japan and abroad, Yuzuru Hanyu is loved by many people. In China, he also has a lot of fans.
In February 2014, Yuzuru Hanyu, who was only 19 years old, won the gold medal at the Sochi Winter Olympics ,becoming the first Asian Winter Olympics men's single skating champion.
He has broken world records 19 times and is the first person to finish 4A in an ISU- sanctioned international competition.
In addition, he is the first person in the history of figure skating to make a Grand Slam（大满贯） in the men's singles event in international competitions.
Besides, his friendliness and humility are also the main reasons why he is liked by many Chinese people. Once there was an occasion when the Chinese team took the national flag upside down unconsciously at an awards ceremony, Yuzuru Hanyu reminded our players and gave a demonstration.
In 2015, Yuzuru Hanyu wrote a "Thanks to China" plaque. In the 2018 Winter Olympics, when he saw that Chinese athlete Jin Boyang had no hope of winning, Yuzuru Hanyu took the initiative to embrace Jin Boyang ,saying to Jin Boyang in Chinese several times: "Come on!"
In the previous qualifiers, there were some flaws in his performance for some reason, but he is still the strongest contender（竞争者） for the championship.
At 9:30 this morning, Yuzuru Hanyu will participate in the figure skating final. As he said, "Efforts will sometimes lie, but they will not be in vain." Hopefully, this time, his dream will come true.
Of course, as a top-ranking player,Yuzuru Hanyu no longer needs any medals to prove himself. After all his name has been engraved on a milestone in the history of figure skating.

今天上午9点30分，羽生结弦将参加花样滑冰决赛。正如他所说，“努力有时会撒谎，但不会白费。”希望这一次，他的梦想能够成真。
当然，作为顶级选手，羽生结弦不再需要任何奖牌来证明自己。毕竟他的名字已经镌刻在了花样滑冰历史上的一个里程碑上。
