在解题之前，了解一下什么是同位语，
（一） 什么是同位语
所谓的“同位语”就是用不同的方式把一个概念再说一遍，并用逗号隔开，否则会乱在一起，
如，my daughter，Kate，likes cakes.这句话中的daughter和Kate是同一个概念，换个说法而已，所以，Kate是daughter的同位语。
当一个词无法解释说明另一个词时，我们就引入了同位语从句，用句子解释说明另一个词，
也就是一个句子充当同位语，而且同位语从句通常解释的是抽象名词，抽象才需要进一步的解释说明，像苹果这种具体名词是不需要解释的
如，the fact that the tiger ate the cat surprised me. 老虎吃了猫这个事实令我惊讶。
这句话中the fact和that the tiger ate the cat这句话是等同的，that引导同位语从句，解释说明the fact
当然同位语从句引导词除了that之外，还有如
1. The question whether the tiger will eat the cat is still unpredictable.
2. I have no idea who ate the cat.
（二）同位语从句的解题
1 找同位语从句中的谓语动词；
例句：There is no doubt ______she is an honest person。
解题：从句谓语动词是is
2 观察从句中的谓语动词是否缺少主语或宾语
例句：There is no doubt ______she is an honest person。
解题：从句谓语动词是is，谓语动词is前后不缺主宾（或主表）
3 缺，填what，who，whatever，whoever不缺，填when；where；why；how，whether，that，which
例句：There is no doubt ______she is an honest person。
解题：从句谓语动词是is，谓语动词is前后不缺主宾（或主表），在when；where；why；how，whether，that，which中选择，根据翻译，毫无疑问她是诚实的人。这句话什么意思都不缺失，填that即可。
再来一道：
I have no idea _______has happened to the car。
解题：从句谓语动词是has，很明显has缺主语，在what，who，whatever，whoever中选择，根据翻译，我不明白这车发生了什么事，填what即可。
再来一道：
The news _______we are having a new teacher next term is not true.
解题：从句谓语动词是are having，前后不缺主语和宾语，在when，where，why，how，
whether，that，which等中选择，根据翻译，下学期我们有新老师的消息不实，填that。
再来一道：
I have no idea ______he resigned。
解题：从句谓语动词为resigned，不及物动词，不缺宾语，有主语，在when，where，why，how，whether，that，which等中选择，根据翻译，我不知道他为何辞职，或我不知道他什么时候辞职的，填when，why都说得通（在没有上下文的情况下）。
