Me neither.
Neither 做副词表示"也不"放在句首，后面句子需要部分倒装
Neither do I.

我不同意她的观点

Before long
Before long 不久以后，用于一般将来时和一般过去时
Long before 很久以前，常用于过去完成时和现在完成时
Long before
I had a girlfriend long before I met you.
在遇见你之前我有过一个女朋友

I have a free time.
Time是不可数名词，不能加a
I have free time.
