1.接收预报
分拨中心的进出港联络员随时关注和接收系统中上环节操作单位发来的货物信息预报,及时将预报信息和提货单按照提货点进行整理、归类和校对,制作《提货预报单》并交给提货员。进出港联络员统计预报中的货量,按照标准路由计划预订航空舱位或者安排班车。

2.提货

5.装车

The infield operator shall make the sealing label for the shuttle bus. Scan the tag number, record the number of packages loaded on the vehicle, the number of container bags and the blocking number for sealing the vehicle on the tag, and give the tag to the driver. The shuttle bus driver drives the shuttle bus away from the distribution center at the specified time to the next outlet or distribution center.

6.发货交运
进出港联络员制作《发货预报单》,交货司机凭此预报办理发货。交货司机在规定的时间内,到达指定的发货地办理交运手续。交货司机监督货物妥善收取,并取得目的站提货凭证,交货完毕后在规定的时间内回到分拨中心,将所有与发货相关的单据交给进出港联络员。
6. delivery
The inbound and outbound liaison officer shall prepare the delivery forecast, and the delivery driver shall handle the delivery based on this forecast. The delivery driver shall arrive at the designated place of shipment within the specified time to handle the delivery formalities. The delivery driver shall supervise the proper collection of the goods, obtain the delivery certificate of the destination, return to the distribution center within the specified time after the delivery, and hand over all the documents related to the delivery to the inbound and outbound liaison officer.
7.发出预报
进出港联络员查询确认已配载航班或火车或大巴的班次、日期、始发或到达时间,确认所交付货物的实际发出情况,在系统中发出货物信息预报。若航班、火车或大巴的发货出现异常情况,及时通过代理和运输单位协调配载情况,保障货物及时出运。若发生航班拉货问题,启动备用航班计划,并及时通知相关服务网点和分拨中心,以便其做好准备。
7. Send out a forecast
The inbound and outbound liaison officer inquires and confirms the flight number, date, departure or arrival time of the allocated flight or train or bus, confirms the actual delivery of the delivered goods, and sends the cargo information forecast in the system. In case of any abnormality in the delivery of flight, train or bus, the loading shall be coordinated through the agent and the transportation unit in time to ensure the timely shipment of goods. In case of flight cargo pulling problems, start the standby flight plan, and timely notify the relevant service outlets and distribution centers so that they can be prepared.
