SCI论文发表过程总结，希望对后续的学生和朋友有所帮助
我儿子硕士毕业，但学校要求毕业要有二篇国内核心期刊的论文或一篇国外期刊的论文，我儿子和导师商量后写了一篇SCI论文，五月份成稿，六月份导师修改，期间因参加国家电网考试，延迟了投稿，最后学位证没能按期拿到，给押在了学校，我得知并了解情况后，给儿子论文查重，亲自主刀投稿，感觉一路还是挺坎坷的，不过最终还是成功了，写下这份经历，希望对后面的人有所帮助。
（个人感受小插曲：国家电网考试按我儿子的说法是很公平的，但按我个人经历过国企上班，各个企业、部队、私企都经历过的人来说，个人认为并没有真正的公平，年前参加一次国家电网考试，成绩合格，参加面试，结果不合格，快毕业时再一次参加国家电网考试，成绩也合格，面试前交了3000RMB参加外面组织的面试培训，还没有参加国家电网正式面试前，培训人告诉我儿子说最好选择去*疆新**或省内边远地区，当时儿子跟我说这事时我就预感到我儿子又没有戏了，但结果没出来前还是进行了比较，决定放弃去这种地方的选择，直接面试，最终不合格，好在是培训机构退了一部分钱，这是我工作以来没想到的。希望后续参加国家电网考试的学生不要学我儿子那样，放弃一切事务，专心这类考试，这种考试不是我们平民百姓想得到就能得到的东西，平坦心情处理才对，不要影响自己顺利毕业，能够进入国家电网的学生希望能安心上班，为国家作出自己的一份力量）
还是说论文吧，我查了几天重后，把论文通过儿子交给导师（那里儿子又在备战国考），导师修改好后交给我，选择好了发表的SCI期刊，进行投稿，投稿前把这个期刊的稿件要求好好地看了几篇，防止理解有误通过百度翻译进行了翻译，费了不少心思，最终在0701进行了投稿。
0701 submit 里面要有一份cover letter
0701 投稿后当天通过邮箱发了一份邮件给杂志社，内容是通过百度找的范文，感觉语气尽量婉转，不要直来直去就行了，老外邮件都是很萎婉的，下面是我的邮件，供参考。

这一段全是摘要内容，给论文作一个介绍

这段期间的等待是最难熬的，因为担心拒稿，又担心评审人选择时间太长，还担心评审时间太长，总之是最艰难的时刻。

这段时间可以说是我儿子最艰难的时间段，因为评审人一共提了十个问题，其中三个问题，是他这个专业里最艰难的问题，三个问题代表三个不同的研究方向，选择一个方向都可以取得这个方向的博士学位，我儿子看到后感觉没什么希望了，其中还有一个问题是需要补做实验的，但他已经离开了学校，所以希望是真的渺茫。但我通过杂志社发给我的邮件，感觉到这篇文章有一点点小份量，一是其中一个评审人（可能是主审人）说文章有一个很新颖的观点，具体新不新颖，我不知道，但我知道，这篇文章应该问题不大，另一个是邮件后面有一个 Associate Editor 的话，我原话给大家，也不知道是不是所有的文章都是这样的

从这里我感觉问题不大，给我儿子打气，要求他按要求改论文，同时在SCI上搜索这三个方向的论文给儿子参考，改好后交给导师重新整理，历时二周，在这段时间杂志社邮件提醒要不要延长时间，说可以延长一周的时间，感觉杂志社还是不错的，很有人情味。

0909论文修改完成后我重新提交了手稿，在这里导师的专业能力就体现出来了，因为我从网上找的关于修订稿的写法与他导师的写法完全不一样，我还提醒过我儿子，但他导师及同学以前写过很多论文都没有我这样写过，所以还是采用他们原来的写法进行了cover letter。同时我给负责人写了一件邮件，表示感谢并提醒我们已经提交了修订稿。以下邮件供参考

1008 acceptable on scientific grounds 邮件通知认可并按要求进行语法和排版方面的修改
这段时间感觉心情比较平静，没有了第一次那样每天看邮件的状态，只是慢慢地等待，查看更新的状态，终于在1008看到了邮件内容，打开附件，看了副编辑修改的文字内容，顿时感觉自己的英文功底居然是那么的肤浅，这篇文章可是经过我儿子 我本人还有他导师三个人修改检查过的，他导师可是留过美的博士，但打开PDF文档，发现文章内容每一页至少有60%的修改，修改的并不是什么重要的信息，主要是语法，不定冠词/定冠词等方面的内容，总之每页都是红色字体，看到这个PDF文档后，我个人的感觉是这个副主篇真是敬业，如果是我审核这个论文，估计这篇文章被我拒稿了，另外让我佩服的是这个副主篇只是简单的二三个英文单词把这篇文章的亮点给描述了出来，真有画龙点睛的作用，打心理佩服人家。
这次的修改比较简单，因为人家已经给你在PDF上修改好了，你只需要按人家要求改文档内容就可以了，改好后对照PDF文档仔细看，确认无误后给导师看了一下就投稿了，同时附上了cover letter, 然后邮件给负责人表示感谢，在邮件中对副主席表示特别的感谢，以下邮件供参考

终于OK了，一路过来不容易！

邮件通知程序进入OA SAGE阶段，我通过信用卡转帐后一直等待，担心后面还有其他的事，因为我儿子说要等到proof后学校才能给学位证，可是我邮件一直没收到proof，不知道怎么回事，他导师却收到了那份proof，我看了一下，主要是要求我们进行一下确认，可能是杂志社在出版前还有一个审核，发现审核的主要是一些专业术语的描述，再就是一些地方的确认，我很奇怪的是杂志社怎么没有邮件给我，因为所有的一切都是我这边完成的，他导师的邮箱只是我抄送给他导师的，这一点有点不明白。
终于OK了，不容易，希望能给后续的学生和朋友提供一些帮助。
谈谈我个人的感受，现在国内的高校都在崇尚在国外期刊上发表文章，先不谈文章质量如何，如果一万个人中有一个人的观点是引导科技前沿的话，这样通过文章向国外其他同行表达出来，是一种学术交流还是一种技术的泄露？
