表示“递进”的并列连词
在上一讲《经典新说》第1课，我们学习了用and, but, so等并列连词来体现简单语句之间递进、转折、因果等逻辑关系，今天我们学习表示递进关系的并列连词的用法。

一、语言知识
并列连词 是用来连接语法地位相同的单词、词语及句子的连词。并列的单词和词语叫 并列结构 ；并列的句子叫 并列句 ；并列句中又包含从句的复合句叫 并列复合句 。
并列连词可分为表递进、转折、选择和因果四大类。高考常考but, and, or这三个连词。
二、例句用法
1. Time | and tide wait for no man. 时不我待。
2. They shook hands | and began to talk at once.
3. Shute is healthy | and handsome.
4. Try again || and you will succeed.
5. Hiking is a good exercise | as well as fun.
6. He would like to go | as well as you.
7. He | as well as I works hard. 语法一致
8. Not only he || but (also) I am a teacher.
9. She not only sings well | but (also) dances gently. 并列谓语
10. I can play both football | and basketball.
11. Both Mary | and Peter are washing the dishes. 1+1=2，谓语用复数
12. Neither you | nor he speaks French.
13. Neither Mary | nor Tom came to our party.
14. He neither drinks，smokes, | nor eats meat. A and B; A, B and C; A, B… and N
15. He can not speak English, | neither/nor can I.
=I can’t, either.
