1.商店补货协作

1. Store replenishment collaboration
In shop replenishment collaboration, trading partners collaborate on the basis of store-level point-of-sale data forecasts. These forecasts are then translated into a series of store-level orders that are committed to within a certain time frame.
This form of collaboration is more difficult to implement than distribution centre replenishment collaboration, especially when the shops are smaller; it is easier to implement for larger shops such as Costco and Home Depot. The benefits of shop replenishment collaboration include clearer sales data for manufacturers, improved replenishment accuracy, higher levels of product availability and reduced inventory.
2.协作分类计划

2. Collaborative assortment plan
The demand for fashion and other seasonal products conforms to a seasonal pattern. As a result, collaborative planning for these products has only one seasonal planning period and takes place at the turn of the season. Because of the seasonal nature of demand, forecasting relies less on historical data and more on collaborative analysis of industry trends, macro factors and customer tastes.
In this form of collaboration, trading partners work together to develop assortment plans. Its output is a planned purchase order for styles/colours/sizes. At the fashion show, both parties view the samples and make the final purchasing decision. And this planned order is shared electronically in advance of the fashion show.
Planned orders help manufacturers to source raw materials that have a long lead time and to schedule production capacity. This form of collaboration is most effective when the capacity is sufficiently flexible to produce a wide range of products and when the raw materials have some commonality for the different end products.
