The following cafes are so famous that many coffee snobs would travel a long way across the Qiantang River to have a sip of their products. Let’s follow the lead and see if they are indeed as tasty as renowned.

1% Coffee店门头不太惹眼，吧台围了一群熟客，老板忙得像飞转的陀螺。店里没有纸质菜单，如果是咖啡小白，去点单时只需要和老板提要求就行。
The sign of 1% Coffee is not that significant. However, the scene of the busy shop owner preparing coffee without a stop among a crowd of royal customers is very significant. There is no menu in this café, so you can just tell the shop owner about your requirements when you don’t know what to order.
接过咖啡，外带咖啡杯上没有LOGO，也没有任何贴纸，杯沿还有咖啡粉末，如店里装修般粗犷。猛吸一大口，味道非常浓郁，有点上头！原来，老板一般是4份浓缩起加，很多熟客都要求加6份浓缩。
Without any LOGO or tab on the cup, the coffee is ready to go with a little coffee powder still remaining on the rim, as plain and rough as the decoration of the shop. Take a sip and indulge yourself in the strong flavor, you will find yourself get smitten with it. The shop owner told us he usually made one coffee with at least 4 shots, and many of his royal customers even ask for 6 shots.

网传这家老板是“西兴吴彦祖”。果然，店内牌匾上面写了洋洋洒洒的几个大字：颜值越高，责任越大。你绝对会被气势震慑到！
The shop owner is said to be “Daniel Wu of Xixing”, and the big vigorous characters on the board inside the shop are very oppressive and will surely stun you with the sentence: “With good looks comes great responsibility.”
这家店左手是洗剪吹，右手是包子铺，开在如此市井的居民区楼下也不显得突兀。听说有很多小区里的阿姨来店里取咖啡渣，拿回家种花种草。
To the left of the shop lies a barber shop, and to the right lies a bun shop. Though settled in such a residential area, the existence of sunny coffee is not awkward at all. It is said that the coffee ground of the shop is welcomed by many aunts from this community because it can be used to nourish house plants.
整家店由孙老板一人打理，风格以蓝色为主调，既不是网红风也非ins风：磨豆机上贴了老板手写的字条“咖啡对身体好，少喝热水”，每个角落都写着老板的名字，Logo是老板以自己的姓氏“孙”为元素设计的，印在咖啡豆子的包装上，还有外带纸袋上，非常有个性的一家店。
Mr. Sun runs this coffee shop alone. The shop is decorated with a blue tone, not the Internet-popular style nor the Instagram style. On the coffee grinder sticks a hand-written note with the sentence “More coffee and less hot water is good to your health.” The shop is very significant with the personal style of the shop owner, as the logo was designed according to the family name “SUN” of the shop owner and was printed on the bean packers and take-away bags.

What a surprise it is to find a warm-lighted café among so many milk-tea stops on the pedestrian mall! It’s sure to be much better to have a coffee in the café than to queue for a cup of milk-tea in the bone-chilling cold.
i17 CAFE，谐音是“爱一起咖啡”。店如其名，温暖满屋，焦糖色的极简风，暖色吊灯非常加分，一楼设置了几个双人座，二楼放了懒人沙发。
i17 CAFÉ, sounds the homophony of “love to be together” in Chinese. The shop is full of warmth as its name suggests with the caramel-colored minimalist style decoration and chandeliers earning extra points with its warm color. There are several double seats on the first floor, and some lazy sofas on the second floor.
天冷了，咖啡师会推荐这边卖得比较好的肉桂拿铁，还有另一款红糖生姜拿铁也很适合冬天。这个组合，感觉肉桂拿铁是为男生准备的，而红糖生姜拿铁摆明了是为女生准备的嘛！
In such cold days, the barista will recommend the better-selling cinnamon latte, or brown sugar ginger latte which is also suitable for winter. This combination must be the best match as cinnamon latte is for boys, while brown sugar ginger latte is for girls.

这家咖啡馆有点难找，因为它的门头上面，还有一家宠物用品店的大门头。没错，它和旁边这家宠物用品店是同一个老板。坐在咖啡馆，隔着玻璃，你能看到宠物店里卖萌的小猫咪。
It’s a little bit difficult to spot this café because above its sign stands a big sign of a pet store. Yes you are right: it belongs to the same owner of the pet store next door. Through the glass, you can watch cute kittens in the pet store while sitting in the café.
咖啡师力荐秋冬贴秋膘特调：起司拿铁。咖啡里加的是淡奶油，口感软绵绵，奶香浓郁，忍不住多喝几口。
The barista strongly recommends their high-calorie specials for autumn and winter: cheese latte. With whipping cream inside the coffee, it presents a soft taste and rich milk flavor, which is very temping.
老板娘姓郑，是个随性的姑娘儿，因为喜欢旅游，所以给咖啡店起了和著名旅游杂志《Lonely Planet》相同的名字，满墙的马克杯就是老板娘从世界各地带回来的。

一到门口，你就完完全全明白这家店为什么会爆红了，墨绿与烟灰色的搭配，艺术漆刷的墙，树枝门把手，帐篷地钉，模拟野外的树枝与煤油灯，视线下移还能看到“小心机”……就连装食物的餐盘，也是有模有样的户外品牌，随便咔嚓几张照片，真的足以以假乱真“露营ing”。

又是一家爆红的店。不过，最初听闻这家店的时候，是被附近的朋友 “安利”去吃brunch（早午两餐并作一餐的早午餐）的：意面爱好者一定会爱死这家的。
This café has become the rage of the day. I first learnt about it when a friend nearby strongly recommended me to have brunch there, and found out that pasta-lovers will definitely love it.
起个大早，然后一口气吃完美式乡村烤鸡腿配时蔬杂蘑溏心蛋、奶油桂花墨鱼面配意式风干火腿和低温慢煮手撕猪肉汉堡。另外，这家咖啡馆有着“凡尔赛”级别的出身啊！by and by的老板，正是2016年世界拉花艺术大赛中国区选拔赛的冠军李琦。

又是一家开在写字楼里的咖啡馆，一进门，视线就完全被靠窗位给吸引，这个江景位，也太无敌了。
Again it is a café inside an office building. The window seats with perfect river view will draw your attention when you step into the shop.
皮箱工坊跟皮箱没有关系，却让老板兼咖啡师阿堂接到不少咨询电话。稳扎稳打的皮箱工坊做出了名气后，还被熟客称为“杭州咖啡馆之光”。
Though named as “Suitcase Workshop”, the café has nothing to do with suitcases, regardless of the consultation calls to A Tang, the shop-owner and barista. After getting famous after hard-working day by day, the “Suitcase Workshop” has now become “the light of coffee shops in Hanghzou” according to coffee snobs.
阿堂和自在的老客们形成了某种默契：他们知道某个时间点，阳光会走到房间中央，你会晒得跟猫一样懒洋洋。而另一个时间到了，窗户正对着的码头的船会开出去避潮。然后几分钟之后，钱塘江潮水就会涌过来。如果还有时间再坐上一会儿，你还将会收获一个绝美日落。
There is a certain tacit understanding between A Tang and his regular customers: at certain time of the day, the sun shine will stretch to the center of the room and make you as pleasant as a sprawl cat; at another certain time, the ships in the dock opposite the window will spread out to dodge the tide, and the Qiantang Tides will surge over in a few minutes. If you can spend some more time in the shop, it will repay you with a breath-holding sunset.

也是从爱喝咖啡的朋友那听到的“悟白”这个名字，热爱做手冲的他隔一阵子就要去悟白“进货”——自家烘焙的咖啡豆。
I learnt the name of “Wooby” from a coffeeholic friend who loves pour over coffee and buys home-roasted beans from Wooby once in a while regularly.
通向二楼的楼梯上吊着3只brevista的智能温控专业手冲咖啡壶，颜色特别，一问果然都是限定款。
On the stairs to the second floor are three Brevista professional temperature-controlled smart hand-made coffee pots. Their special color is telling us that they are indeed limited.
手冲豆单上，有超过20种单品可以让人选择，还都是出自自家烘焙，这真的是很厉害了。
With over 20 different kinds of home-roasted coffee beans to choose from on the pour over list, this is really an amazing coffee shop.
悟白的招牌“凉口”，乍一看就是混合得比较好的dirty（俗称“脏咖啡”），一入口，浓郁、顺滑然后是舒爽，三种口感非常有层次像是浪打浪一样。
“Cool Mouth”, the signature product of Wooby, is a well-blended “Dirty” on appearance. Take a sip, strong, smooth and refreshing, you can find the layered tastes one after another like waves one following another.
