大家晚上好！今晚，我们在这里举行宴会，隆重欢迎出席中国（新会）香文化博览会的各位嘉宾。首先，我谨代表*共中**新会区委、新会区人民政府，向各位的莅临表示热烈欢迎和衷心感谢！
Good evening, everyone! Tonight, we hold this dinner party to show our sincere welcome for all the guests attending China (Xinhui) Incense Cultural Fair. First of all, I’d like to welcome and thank all of you for coming here and joining us on behalf of New District Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People’s Government of Xinhui District.
新会古称冈州，有近1800年历史，是全国著名侨乡、维新先驱梁启超先生的故乡，是一座底蕴深厚的文明之城、生态优美的宜居福地、商机无限的投资热土。新会香业源远流长，小冈香文化已有600多年历史，手搓香制作技艺于2013年入选“广东省非物质文化遗产名录”。近年来，我区大力推动特色产业加快发展，成功打造了新会陈皮、古典家具两张名片，这次隆重举办中国（新会）香文化博览会，是希望藉此打造新会第三张特色名片——小冈香，扩大新会知名度，提升城市品牌和形象。
Xinhui, also known as Gangzhou in ancient times, has a long history of almost 1,800 years. It is not only a well-known hometown of overseas Chinese, but also the hometown of the pioneer Mr. Liang Qichao in Hundred Days' Reform. In this city, it has conceived civilization with profound culture, pleasant environment and great investment potential. The time-honored incense industry in Xinhui makes Xiaogang have a history of more than 600 years in term of incense culture, so that its handmade incense workmanship has been selected and included in the “Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage List” in 2013. In recent years, our district has devoted itself to promoting the accelerated development of characteristic industries and successfully created two business products, namely, Xinhui Dried Orange Peel and Classical Furniture. By organizing this China (Xinhui) Incense Cultural Fair, we are hoping to form our third featuring product of Xiaogang Incense to expand the popularity of Xinhui and improve our city brand and image.
衷心希望各位嘉宾，在博览会期间深入了解新会、爱上新会，并把新会推介给更多的朋友，让更多国家和地区的人们关注新会、携手新会，在“一带一路”的宏伟蓝图中，推动新会制造、新会创造走向世界。
We sincerely hope that all guests can gain deeper knowledge about Xinhui during the fair and fall in love with it, and then introduce that to more of your friends, so that people in more countries and regions can notice Xinhui and cooperate with it. With the grand blueprint of “The Belt and Road Initiative”, Made in Xinhui and Created in Xinhui will be spread to every corner of the world.
