I like to use the Internet to read about sports and technology.我喜欢用网络阅读有关体育和科技(方面的信息)。
With the Internet, we can learn about almost anything.
使用网络，我们可以学习更多的东西。
I used to have a desktop computer, but now I have a tablet.我过去有一个台式电脑，现在我有了一个平板电脑。
It has no keyboard or mouse,so it is easy to carry.它没有键盘或鼠标，所以它很容易携带。
Now I can use the Internet anywhere!现在我随处可用网络了！
1.1use sth. to do sth.用某物干某事。
1.2with the Internet使用网络。
1.3technology名词，技术。
①如果是表示“技术”大类作为抽象名词，为不可数名词，直接用technology就可以了。比如：
Technology is changing fast. 技术正在快速变化。
②如果是想突出各种技术分类，是可数名词，那么需要用technologies。They should be allowed to wait for cheaper technologies to be developed.应该允许他们等待开发更便宜的技术。
1.4used to+do+ sth.表示“过去常常做某事，过去存在某状态或习惯”，暗示现在不再这样。
1.5 a desktop computer一台台式电脑。
1.6在肯定句中，用and表示并列，而在否定句中要变为or“也不”。
2.I like chatting with my friends online.我喜欢和朋友在线聊天。

It's quick and easy.很方便快捷。
2.1chat用法：①不及物动词，闲聊;闲谈;聊天;(尤指在网上聊天室)闲聊，交谈。
chat with sb. =chat to sb.和某人聊天
chat about 闲聊
②可数名词，闲聊;闲谈;聊天;(尤指非正式的)谈话，讲话。
have a chat闲聊
have a chat with sb. 和某人闲聊
online chat在线聊天
use video chat用视频聊天。
2.2chat with sb. online和某人在网上聊天。
2.3use the Internet to blog about sth.用因特网写关于……的博客。
2.4follow one's blog关注某人的博客。
2.5plan to do sth.计划做某事。
2.6organize a club组织一个俱乐部。
2.7send the invitation online在线发出邀请。online副词，在网上地;在线地。
3.I like doing research for my homework on the Internet.

3.1do research for sth.为某事做研究。
3.2collect information about sth.收集关于……的信息。information不可数名词。
3.3more than多于；超过。用在数词前相当于over，反义词为Less than少于。当more than后跟名词，意为“不只是，不仅仅是”。
3.4send sth. to sb. 发送某物给某人。
3.5by e-mail通过电子邮件。
