无论中英简历，最关键的信息是工作经历，运用PAR陈述法可以突出个人能力。
什么是PAR陈述法？

PAR 即 project，activity，results的缩写，核心内容是使用行为动词表：
P：写出实习工作或项目（Project）的名称、背景、任务和工作。
A：写出你在这段经历中的行为（Activity）。
R：写出你在这段经历获得的结果（Results）：成果、收益。
Tips
■■■■■
1.用简洁有力的动词（少用make、do之类的辅助动词 ）；
2.所有工作经验、组织活动经验的内容详述都应以动词开头；
3.描述过去经历用过去式；现在还在做的，用一般现在时。
举个栗子

以客服代表（Customer Service Representative）为例:
Assisted customers,trained and supervised 15 new employees.
帮助客户，培训和监管15名新员工
Consolidated 23 local customer service centers into five regional centers achieving 15% cost reduction and improving customer services.
将23家当地的客服中心合并为5家区域中心，节约15%的成本并且提高了
客户服务。
