少年有梦，则国家有梦，少年富强，则国家富强。华夏文化五千年，多少沧桑变桑田，才把我国56个民族、13亿人紧紧凝聚在一起，同舟共济，共筑中华。“国家富强、民族振兴、社会和谐，人民幸福”，千百年来，一直是我们心中的共同梦想。如何让梦想传承，如何让梦想成真，希望在少年，而重任则落在教育。“十年树木，百年树人“，我们一旦踏上了这三尺讲台，也就意味着踏上了艰巨而漫长的育人之旅。
作为一名教师，传道授业解惑，教书育人，除了孜孜不倦的辛苦劳作，我们还要有默默无闻的奉献精神，甘做莘莘学子的绿叶，甘为芸芸众生的人梯。学高为人师，德高为人范，师者为师亦为范。走上三尺讲台，教书育人；走下三尺讲台，为人师表。教师不仅是社会精神文明的建设者和传播者，也是莘莘学子们道德基因的转接者，更是青少年实现中国梦想的引路人。
