今天来聊聊英语so…that…/such…that…/ so that的不同用法。
前两个结构的共同点是：
含义都是“如此…以至于…”。
二者的区别是：
so+形容词/副词 that+状语从句。如：
1. He is so tall that he can reach the top of the tree.
此句中，so+形容词tall。(此句也可以用such…that来转换：He is such a tall man that he can reach the top of the tree. such 后的中心词是man.)
2. She ran so fast that she was the first one to arrive at the end.
此句中，so+副词fast。（fast的形容词和副词同形。）
such+名词性短语 that+状语从句
1. Jenny is such a clever girl that she can work out any problems.
此句中，such +单数名词性短语a clever girl，中心词是girl.
They are such kind-hearted people that they have helped most of us .
此句中，such+复数名词性短语kind-hearted people。中心词是people。
（这两句也可以用so…that转换:
Jenny is so clever that she can work out any problems.
此句中，so+形容词clever.
They are so kind-hearted that they have helped most of us.
此句中，so+形容词kind-hearted。）
主句+so that+状语从句，含义是“以便，为了”
1. She chose to sit in the front row so that she could see more clearly.
2. He went to bed earlier so that he could got up earlier the next morning.
