大家都了解,邮件的目的是:营销,订单确认,问题陈述及解决方案。希望客户能够进行查看及回复,进而达成订单,
我们大部分人把邮件作为营销的一个手段,这样做是没有问题的,但是写的内容确实不敢恭维,我们也会经常发现平台有些博主发很多有关邮件模板:如外贸销冠,外贸高手的话术及邮件模板,我总感觉到有些问题,而且问题很大:
比如,下面是一个案例,

是不是可以换成:
have a great day, hope everything going smoothly
Hope you stay safe
We are sorry to reply later,(请记住,apologize 是非常严肃的单词,是犯错后的用词,而且地位有点卑微), 用sorry完全能够诠释。
不要过度使用太复杂的语言表达:比如reach out, 这样的词直接用get就能表达,因为我们面对的很多都是母语不是英文的国家

使用这样的回复是不是更好呢?

We are appreciated if you let us know your ideas or suggestion

下面是一封邮件模板,问题:段落不明显,问题表达太过于追求境界,解决方案太笼统。

如果我是采购商的话,不一定要看这封邮件,
邮件的应该这样的格式:
Subject: the concerns about the damaged products with solution
HI(dear)****
Have a nice day,
We are sorry to hear about what happened, although we had double checked before the delivery, and for damage, we think it might be caused during the shipping,
we had carefully considered the matter and would like you to let us know the total number of damaged products. Then we will assess the situation and make a reasonable offer to share your costs in order to minimize your losses
We always to express our mission to work with you to deal with all matters you are facing.

如果你想通过邮件去开发客户,但是没有任何客户的基本情况的了解,单纯的去介绍公司,公司主营产品等,这样的邮件跟你说大概率不会回复,因为你没有任何的有价值的内容提供给客户,而且雷同性太高,有可能被客户作为垃圾邮件进行屏蔽,得不偿失。
而邮件的出发点是解决客户的问题,同时提出自己可行性的解决方案,这样的邮件才具备被客户回复的可能性。否则我还是建议不要写过多的没有价值的邮件,浪费了自己宝贵的时间,
对于市面上太多的所谓的邮件模板,我们作为业务来说可以了解,但不可去抄袭,好的内容我们可以借鉴,并结合自己的特点及实际情况,编写出客户能够回复的邮件,相信你一定会更出色。
