摘要：本远程预付费能源管理系统采用智能远程预付费电表（DTSY1352-NK三相电子式预付费表），采集各用户实时用电量、剩余 ，安科瑞 崔远航，电量，通过智能远程预付费电表进行远程分合闸控制，实现先售电后用电。该系统结构为B/S结构，数据采集采用总线通讯方式传至后台，通过安科瑞（AcrelCloud-3200）远程预付费能源管，安科瑞 崔远航，系统实现各企业用户用电的收费、监控和管理。

1﹑概述Overview
上海康桥先进制造技术创业园目前是上海先进制造技术创业孵化基地。是有专业化特色的高新技术企业培育、高新技术成果转化、高新技术人才培养的基地。
本项已投入运营，现因原有配电结构 ，安科瑞 崔远航，复杂，没有清晰的电力配电结构，有些馈线回路未加装智能电力仪表，导致抄表难、收费难。本次方案改造原有计量表，原表加装预付费智能电表，电表通过采集器把，安科瑞 崔远航，数据上传至预付费云平台，从而完成对所有电表的采集及收费管理。

根据客户需求及项目 ，安科瑞 崔远航，实际情况，本项目设计的预付费能源管理系统，由安科瑞品牌DTSY1352 三相预付费电能表，多功能智能电表AMC96-E4/C，通讯管理机ANet-2E8S1，数据服务器及预付费平台系统软，安科瑞 崔远航，件等组成。
AcrelCloud-3200远程预付费电能管理系统采用分层分布 ，安科瑞 崔远航，对结构进行设计，即现场设备层、网络通讯层和站控管理层。

AcrelCloud-3200预付费云平 ，安科瑞 崔远航，台是安科瑞公司新研制的与DTSY-1352三相电子书预付费电能表配套的售电管理系统。它是以预付费管理软件和集中抄表软件为主，包括计算机，通讯管理机，打印机等，安科瑞 崔远航，设置在内的集成系统。
主要完成电能表参数设置，商户售电管理及能耗管理工作，操作简便，实行企业集团、物业公司远程实时操作实时 ，安科瑞 崔远航，监控，具有良好的人机界面，能够有效地统计和管理数据，并对数据的安全性做了有效的保密措施。

3.1集中抄表服务系统 Centralized meter reading service system
系统默认半小时对所有表进行一次远程集中抄表，时间间隔支持个性化配置（至少可支持1分钟/次的采集频率）。
This system defaults to perform a remote centralized meter reading for all meters in half an hour, and the time interval supports personalized configuration (at least 1 time/minute collection frequency can be supported).
B/S云平台售电系统 B/S cloud platform electricity sales system
本系统包括五大模块，分别是登陆模块、系统配置模块、用户（商铺）管理模块、售电管理模块、报表中心模块，主要功能如下：
1）登陆管理：管理操作员账户及权限分配，查看系统日志等功能；
2）系统配置：对建筑、通讯管理机、仪表及默认参数进行配置；
3）用户管理：对商铺用户执行开户、销户、远程分合闸、批量操作及记录查询等操作；
4）售电管理：对已开户的表进行 ，安科瑞 崔远航，进行远程售电、退电、冲正及记录查询等操作；
5）报表中心：提供售电、售水财务报表、用能报表、报警报表等查询，本系统所有的报表及记录查询，都支持excel格式导出。

除此以外，系统还提供了多种服务 ，安科瑞 崔远航，报表以供查询，包括日/月/年财务销售统计报表、失联表/通讯管理机查询报表、实时报警/历史报警查询报表等，并支持导出打印。如下图所示：
