政策环境持续优化。省委省政府高规格谋划十大新兴产业“双招双引”工作机制，坚持顶格战法(顶格谋划、顶格协调、顶格推进)，构建领导带头、部门跟进、市县落实的上下贯通、纵横联动工作体系，推动包括生命健康产业在内的十大新兴产业高质量发展。集聚效应初步显现。初步形成皖北、皖中、皖南各具特色的三大产业集聚区。皖北形成以中药、化学药、医药流通为特色的产业集聚区。皖中形成以生物医药、高端医疗器械、现代医疗为特色的产业集聚区。皖南及皖西南形成以康养旅游、体育休闲、健康食品为特色的产业集聚区。创新实力不断增强。启动建设合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院，形成覆盖科学发现、技术研发、临床试验、示范应用等全链条融通发展的国家级创新平台。拥有中国科学院脑功能与脑疾病重点实验室、安徽省新型人用疫苗工程技术研究中心等一批国家级、省级创新平台，创新成果丰硕。
Achievements
The policy environment keeps improving. The CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and Anhui Provincial Government are planning with the"Attract investment,businessand talents" mechanism for ten emerging industries, andadheres to a comprehensive strategy and establish a vertically and horizontally interconnected work system that promotes communication and coordination at all levels. The agglomeration effect begins to show effects. Different industrial clusters featuring medicine, modern bio-medicine and health leisure industries have formed in Northern Anhui, Central Anhui and Southern Anhui. Innovation capability continues to increase.Anhui has a number of national and provincial innovation platforms. The Health Institute of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center will be set up to form a national innovation platform.

Development Plan
"32N" development directions. Anhui focuses on modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and medical equipment, accelerate the improvement of modern medical care and healthy elderly care, coordinate the development of relevant sectors such as healthy food and health care products, healthy tourism, health education and sports, and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the life health industry.
产业布局
“一核两级一区多点”产业布局。“一核”即以合肥为中心，依托合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院等创新平台，集聚国内外优质医疗资源和高端要素，重点发展现代医药、医疗器械等产业，打造全省生命健康产业增长核心。“两极”即以亳州为现代中药发展极，形成集中药种植、中药制造、中药流通等全产业链协同发展的格局，打造“世界中医药之都”；以阜阳为现代医药发展极，重点发展化学制药、生物制药、医药流通等产业，打造“华东药都”。“一区”依托皖南国际文化旅游示范区建设，在黄山等市重点发展健康养老、健康旅游、健康食品及保健品、健康体育等产业，打造康养旅游重点发展区。“多点”依托省内各市生命健康产业发展基础和优势，打造一批生命健康产业聚集地，推动全省生命健康产业多点开花、全面发展。
