
French Press法压壶This is one of the easiest ways to start brewing coffee at home. All you will need is fresh coffee, scales, grinder,plungerand water.这也许是制作方法最简单、最适合家用的咖啡冲泡设备了。你只需要新鲜烘焙的咖啡豆、一个电子秤、一个咖啡磨豆机、一个法压壶和一些水,便能制作出香醇美味的咖啡。The result is a heavy-bodied coffee with a super simple process.用法压壶制作出来的咖啡口感极为浓重,操作方法则极为简便。

1. Measure out your coffee (22g) and water (350ml). Grind your coffee a little coarser than you would for a drip grind.称好22克咖啡豆和350毫升水;咖啡的研磨程度要比制作滴滤咖啡时更粗一些。2. Preheat your vessel with hot water then discard it and add your ground coffee.用热水预热咖啡壶,后将水倒掉,加入咖啡粉。

3. Pour the water you measured out on top of your grounds right up to the top, ensuring even coverage and that everything is saturated. Once you’ve poured in the water wait 30 seconds then knock down the bloom by folding the coffee down with a spoon to make sure everything extracts evenly.将测量好的水倒在咖啡粉上,保证所有咖啡粉充分浸湿,咖啡粉与水充分结合;将水全部倒入之后,等待30秒,后用一个勺子将鼓起的咖啡粉面压下去,以确保咖啡充分萃取。

4. Put the lid on it so the heat doesn’t escape and twiddle your thumbs for 4 minutes. Once 4 minutes is up, push your plunger down and pour into your cup. If you’re not going to drink it all at once make sure you still pour out all the coffee. If the water is in contact with coffee it’s still brewing and can become pretty bitter.迅速将盖子盖上,等待4分钟,后将压杆压至底部即可饮用。即便你不想一次性把咖啡全部喝掉,你也要把咖啡全部倒出,以避免咖啡继续萃取,导致口感过苦。
