听说过太多因为湖北籍身份证，在车站、酒店、医院等等地方不分青红皂白，一律重点保护。回想年后，从湖北到广东一路上惊心动魄，每个节点都要接受检查，每个时间段都要实时报备体温、健康和地理位置。虽然我是只身一人回广东，但是报备对象包含家庭成员中所有的相关单位，比如政府、居委会、孩子学校、工作单位、车站码头等等。真的是过五关斩六将，感觉自己随时都会被带走。
好不容易折腾到广东，站在自己家门口已经是深夜了，饭没吃、水没喝也还好，一路舟车劳顿回家洗个澡睡个觉总行吧！没想到这好事真是多磨，大门被贴封条不说，家门还开不了。几个月不回家，这钥匙太难滑入钥匙孔了，捉急死人了！现在出去酒店开个房肯定是不行的，就我这湖北身份证号码，估计居委会、警察局、医院今晚都不能消停。远亲不如近邻，打电话求助理论上不会害怕我从湖北来的小伙伴。嘿，明知道我回来了，还不接电话，很难不让人胡思乱想啊！
深更半夜，一个单身女子，开不了锁，进不了家门，你说急不急！紧张、疲劳、无助、孤独的深夜，有钥匙却开不了锁，没犯错却不能自由行动，唯有想办法把门打开才是最佳的选择，而且还只能靠自己，搞不好就奋战到天明了。想想自己从来没做过工程，现在要自己想办法开锁，真的是无奈呀！还好品质经验够丰富，索性来了个5Why分析！
为什么钥匙很难滑入锁孔？可能是我钥匙拿错了，或者方向搞反了？一一排查后发现没有。既然钥匙和方向都没有错，为什么还是难插入呢？原来是家里成员多，每人一套钥匙，我今天用的是复制的钥匙。很显然，复制的钥匙精度不如原配的，多少有些偏差。继续问，复制的钥匙到底能不能插入呢？答案是能够，因为年前一直都好好的。那么，为什么年后来了，钥匙就失效了呢？因为长时间没有使用，可能有些氧化生锈或者其他方面的原因，反正就是不够润滑和顺畅了。
深更半夜上哪里弄润滑剂呢？铅笔末可以，现在没有。蜡烛可以，也买不到。机油、汽油、食用油都可以，此时此刻的左邻右舍、楼上楼下，估计要知道他们的湖北籍邻居回来了，说不定所有人都会失眠，算了，不去打搅他们。最后，打开自己的行李包，排查了一遍，发现有喝的矿泉水、护肤的乳液、护发的精油都可以用来做润滑剂。最后顺利开锁了，全是精油的功劳。
质量就在我们身边，钥匙插不进锁孔，质量的这些个实用的小方法，至少没有让人半夜紧张和抓狂。质量中还有一个风险思维，据知北京这两天又不怎么安稳，前几天刚刚出现海鲜市场风波，好不容易三文鱼甩掉了锅，现在批发市场又出了乱子，新冠再次小爆发趋势有可能是由本土无症状者传染的。所以，从风险思维的角度来看，出门的戴好口罩，还是非常有必要的。学点质量常识，好好照顾自己还是不错的。

Where could I get the lubricant at midnight? Pencil powder and candles can be used as lubricants, but I couldn’t get them now. Oil, gasoline and cooking oil can be used as lubricants too, and my neighbors must have these things. However, I did not want to disturb them due to my Hubei ID. Finally, I opened my bag and searched through it. There was mineral water, lotion, and hair care essential oils, all of which could be used as lubricants. I finally picked the lock, thanks to the essential oil. Quality is all around us. When the key does not fit into the lock hole, this practical little method of quality can at least release people's nervous and crazy at night. There is also a risk thinking in quality.
