Sometimes on Chinese TV shows,
we can hear people say that in a teahouse.
Then a man comes to serve tea(上茶) for the guests.

The man who loves tea
Lu Yu(陆羽) was the first person to be called "Tea Doctor".
He lived in the Tang Dynasty.
When he was a little boy,
he was interested in tea.
Lu Yu traveled around China to study different kinds of tea and gather tea leaves.

He wrote a great book-
The Classic of Tea(《茶经》).
It teaches people how to choose,
make and drink tea.

Later on,
people begin to call waiters in teahouse "Tea Doctor".

although(虽然) they do not have a doctor's degree.
