Flag
It was Saturday. The Drake family was watching their favourite news channel on television. "There's our flag!" Dad said as he pointed to the TV screen.
“If that's our flag, why do those people have it?" asked Stevie.
Dad laughed. "That's not quite what I meant. I meant that the flag stands for and represents our country."
"We have our flag on a pole at school." said Chris.
"I wish we had a flag at home." said Susie.
"Let's go to the store and buy one." said Dad.
The whole family went to the store. They looked at big flags, little flags and medium-sized flags. Finally, they bought one that was just right.
Back home, Dad put up a flag pole in the front yard and raised the new flag high in the air. The whole family saluted it.
They were all happy to fly the flag of their country.

全家人都去了商店。他们看了大旗、小旗和中号旗。最后，他们买了一个大小刚刚好的。
回家后，爸爸在前院竖起了一根旗杆，把新*旗国**高高举起。全家人都向它敬礼。
他们都很高兴悬挂自己国家的*旗国**。
